Using silly puddy to hold fake nails while you paint them works so well & it makes it so the puddy is reusable for a long time! But it has it's downsides..... The biggest problem with puddy is that it doesn't give a lot of support to the nails connected to it. So say you need clean lines or doing delicate work.......occasionally my nails will start slipping on one side so it makes continuing awkward. I made the full switch to gel-only nail product, as the drying time under a UV lamp takes mere seconds with each layer......versus the lengthy time & horrid smell (& flammability) of polish. I have 2 concerns using these stickers for nail painting/designing....... 1 -- With these cushioned stickers, the blank nails have more surface area covered so it makes designing/painting easy. But since they are stickers-like, there is limited re-usability. I can foresee me going through this packet faster than I did with the Blu-Tac silly puddy. 2 -- You should use a flat nail-holding-stand, for the stickers to capture enough surface area to stay in place properly. I am not using flat or metal stands for my nails, as I've been using a version that came with each of my nail color display books (I use the plastic 120-count C10 folding nail books), which have two vertical rectangle holes in it to use with the display nails (the nails have the other ends so they fit together like strong puzzle pieces).

Some nails would pop off my swatch book and I also had to double it up. It was not thick enough to stick to the back of the nail.
