Amazing compact walking pad. Doesn't require much room. I bought this walking pad to make sure I got my steps in this winter, and I walk about 3.5 a day on it. It functions as expected and it's very easy to use. Started using right out of the box. The model I bought doesn't incline but gets the job done. I can even run/jog on it. Its not quiet but it isn't too noisy. The bar doesn't adjust but I am 5'2 and have no issue with the height of it.

The cord to the wall was going to be the do or die for me. But it was long enough to plug in and wasn’t having to hug a wall to do it! It is quiet, sturdy, and it quickly showed me how out of shape I am! Wow! Put it on the lowest setting and my old lady crawl/walk had to kick it up a notch🤣 it’s not so fast that I can’t walk without holding onto the bar which also was a cinch to put together. I put the bar up just the same since I am outta shape. Was just on it about a minute and thoroughly enjoyed moving again! You’re gonna be a little confused with loosening the handle bar holders on the bottom but they’ve provided the tool you need to loosen it without breaking it. You’ll also use that to tighten it into place so keep it in a bag or some kind of pouch attached to the handle. The safety cord really works and stops it immediately so if you’re outta breath, just gently pull it off the handle bar and it automatically stops. You won’t lose your balance. In the end, I expect that you will be very proud of yourself for making the effort to get back into good physiological shape and especially to give your heart a gentle workout. Doing stretching to loosen your hip flexors will make a big difference in how you feel using this piece of equipment. Wishing all of you all the best you can be😂💐

So I got mine yesterday and set it up today. The only complaint I have is for the handlebar part. So it does come totally assembled which is great. But you need to adjust the handles to your preferred level and if you want to adjust them at all you have to loosen or tighten the side parts on the bottom. So this means if you get it in the position you like and tighten the screws, you're going to have to unscrew them to fold the handlebar down and then readjust it every time. Otherwise I really like it. I like the tablet/phone holder. The remote works great. Just wish there was like a release to fold the handlebar down easier.

Overheats. Didn't last a week before overheating. I got this walking pad and 1 week into using it it started getting really hot after only 5 mins of use. I contacted customer service and they told me to lubricate it. I followed their instructions and it's still burning my feet. It is actually incredibly hot to the touch after just 5 mins of use. I have tried reaching out to customer service again and they don't answer me anymore. I really like the design, and I really wanted this to work but honestly it's a fire hazard in it's current state. I'm not the only review that says this. Do not waste you're money on this. I've had a cheaper one that lasted longer than this one. For the price, I expected it to work for at least 1 yr.

This is a beautiful, compact, easy to operate treadmill and I am so happy with my purchase. The setup was easy to follow.

I’ve been using this walking pad since March and so far it has held up really well and I use it frequently. I enjoy that I can record my workouts in the app. I am happy with the speed settings as well. My only real negative with the product is the bar does sit low I’m 5’7 and it would have been nice if it was a little higher it does make it less comfortable.

Much better quality than the budget one I had before. They sent an entire new walking pad, when I had a tear in the belt, that lines up with the walking direction. Very cool; seems like belts are about 1/2 the cost of the pad. Quick response and zero back and forth.
