I have always struggled with this and have already put some os the suggestions in place! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My favorite part is the examples room by room!

This book walked me through room by room on how to organize and minimize clutter in each space efficiently. I also like that it gave me weekly and daily task to stay organized after you have removed the clutter! I recommend this book to anybody who is overwhelmed by clutter in their home, wanting an easy breakdown on how to get it under control .

This is a wonderful book! Well written, great tips, suggestions, easy reading, well thought out, and reasonably priced! Anyone who is in need of decluttering, and organizing their home, should read this!

The amount of personality that the author put into this book was very fun, she's clearly a cute and witty person. I think the information was good, and helpful but all of the important stuff could have been condensed into probably less than half of the word count. However, this might be something you find you enjoy about the book (the repetition that helps it sink in) but I would have much preferred a paired down version.

I liked the Functional method provided as well as all the examples room by room. Easy to follow text, but it would be better with some pictures.

As a real estate agent, I'm always helping clients declutter in order to present their home in the best light and ready for selling. I'll be giving Cathy's book as a "present" to clients in order to guide them along the way. The book is easy to read, it's quick, and it's organized.....just like a home ought to be! I have two copies so I can keep one available for lending!

This book is very well-written and easy to read. It’s both interesting and informative. It left me eager to transform my ways and de-clutter my home.I was able to take away the 5 principles of the Function Method and start to tackle home organization with a plan. Easy to read and understand. Helped me realize why I was hanging onto “useless things” and exactly how liberating it was to let things go. I am sure that I will be able to get my home organized after the holidays.
