If you love cucumber and lime them this is amazing. I love the taste and exceptional quality. The ingredients are perfect snd keeps me hydrated. Unlike other hydration drinks this has coconut powder and it really helps keeping you replenished. Great value for each box.

I love all of the BodyArmor Flash I.V. packs! Between the Strawberry Kiwi and Grape though... woot! My kiddo needs electrolytes quickly after sports... we both need them after exercise. I'm on Keto too and these are VERY low TOTAL carbs and meet needs of getting the daily salt requirements. There are some options out there, but they are a lot more expensive. These are great value plus I pour a little table salt in to match others and meet my sodium needs for the day. They mix well too... and taste great... within about 5-10 minutes, I can feel it helping and pumping me back up. We carry them to the ball park, while out, and for travel... easy... all you need is a bottle of water!

We’ve ordered the Body Armor Flash IV packets many times before and have always been really happy with them—lemon lime and Dragon fruit are our favorite! Normally they arrive in a sturdy box, but this time they were shipped in a paper mailer, and it didn’t hold up well. Both lemon lime boxes were banged up, and one was torn and open from the bottom, which compromised the seal. One Dragon fruit box was rough too. Luckily the others were still sealed shut.I’m fairly certain the damage happened during shipping but can’t say for sure. I’m not sure yet if we’ll use the damaged box, but I’ll definitely contact Amazon to report it. We love the product, but hope future orders come in better packaging.

I bought these originally to fulfill the same day threshold but ended up really liking them! They taste delicious & did a quality job of hydrating which is def needed since I’m a breast feeding mom. Good value for the amount you get in comparison to other products that are much more costly.

And now I have five more packets to use as a practical joke or perhaps a last resort in the apocalypse.

This works for me, but I have to put some context.DO NOT MIX IN 16oz. GO FOR A FULL 32.Seriously, the flavor is too 'thick' for me, at anything LESS than 32. I often will empty two 500ml bottles into a 1.5L bottle, just to dilute it enough to not hit me with that intensity. ONCE I DO THAT, it's great for rehydrating. I live in the south, and I've ended up in NEED of this. Glad my friend suggestec it.
