Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament 2018 Year Dated New First Home Homeowner Gift Ceramic

I just moved into a new Home this was a great addition for the holidays. It is very solid and had some weight to it so I was hesitant to put on my tree. I put it on my countertop with one of those battery tea lights and it looked great. Item is just as the website picture.

I rarely collect anything but the Our Christmas Together collection of ornaments serves as a testament to a long lasting love. I get a quiet thrill when I place each ornament from this beautiful collection on the tree because it means we have created a relationship to stand the test of time - and every year - with each ornament - I remember and feel so grateful. This year's ornament is exquisite in its detail and I am eager to see what our next years ornament will look like.

A year ago my husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary and 30 years of knowing each other. I purchased Hallmark's ornament "We Still Do" and hung it on a little artificial pine tree with white lights in the foyer area. In a world where many couples seem to give up and get divorced quickly instead of really trying to honor the vows they made on their Wedding Day I wanted to continuously share and honor our marriage. So, I decided that from our 20th Anniversary moving forward I would add a wedding cake ornament every year to my tree and share our story with whomever asks about it.

Cute gift for newlyweds. I decided to put a wedding photo in it for them. It’s an odd size (2” by 2” I think) so it took a couple of photos to find the right proportion for the frame but it was adorable when done. They loved it!

LOVE IT! came with mile marker stickers. Blank silver heart, 1 year silver heart, 10 yr,25 yr, 50 yr. Not made of cheap plastic has a weight to it and the stickers aren't paper more like a tiny metal heart with a sticker foam backing. I'm hoping to use all the stickers as this is the blank year sticker and next year will be 1yr.

Hallmark ornaments are the only ones I buy for this type of thing and they have simply out done themselves on this one. My husband and I got married July 24, 2018 and our christmas is red, white, and blue so when i saw this ornament i knew it was perfect. The inly complaint i have is that the frame itself is smaller than a standard wallet photo, about 1.5x2.5 inches if I had to guess.

I absolutely love this ornament!! So cute! It's a perfect choice for a newlywed couple who may not care for the fancy over the top 1st year Married ornaments. My husband and I were married last year, and I was unable to get our 1st Christmas ornament last year. I simply adored this one when I first saw it, and I am happy to have found it again so I can add it to our tree this year!
