Good for the money
Can be better! But for the money is fine. Easy to set up. Remote control is small and easy to use. Sometimes is ia bit slow but is fine. Have so many options to used! Fast delivery!

Poor performance and buggy
The device looks decent enough but performance isn't good and the box I received at least had stuttering and app crashing issues, not recommended.

Sleek box that does the job
A simple little Android TV box that works pretty well considering the cost. Streams are reasonably consistent and there isn't a lot to complain about apart from the remote that feels quite cheap and will likely give up within a year of usage (hoping I'm wrong). The price is decent for Android 11 and the other specs are standard for these types of boxes. It's not going to change your viewing experience, but it's useful for TVs with outdated software or if you want to install add-ons etc. Bang-for-buck is good, but if you want the best on the market, the Nvidia Shield is still the best option. Haven't had to contact support yet, so unable to comment on their responsiveness or helpfulness!
