I love this suplement . Can’t live without it.

This worked well for us while we took it. It was a noticeable difference in the level of outbreaks. However at this price point we couldn't possibly keep taking it for long periods of time. So if you need to take it prior to any major event like proms or weddings it can help you.

Full disclosure, I have a pretty obsessive skin care routine and work hard to keep my acne well controlled. That said, my skin still is not clear, so I am always looking for products that might improve my skin and get the last of me breakouts to go away or help with fading scars, redness, and enlarged pores.I took this supplement as directed for two full months. I didn't change my skincare routine during this period, but discontinued the turmeric and vitamin D supplements I had been taking because of ingredients in this product. During this period my skin did not improve at all. I broke out just as much as normal. At the end of the two months I was still breaking out.In theory, the ingredients in this are good, but if you already spend a lot of time and effort caring for your skin and have a good diet and have taken other skin supporting supplements previously (turmeric, saffron, green tea) I am not sure this will do much for you, and I doubt it will be worth the high price.

If I go without this my face is a mess

Beware this product contains berberine. If you have never taken this and you have a sensitive stomach it will make you very nauseous. 4 pills is a crazy high amount as a serving and made me feel like I was dying. I tried to lower the dose and even one pill with food still makes my stomach cramp and very nauseous. I don’t even see a point for this specific ingredient to be in a skin supplement. I would not have purchased if I saw that hidden in the list of “skin complex” not worth the pain it causes.

I consistently took the supplements for 6 weeks and noticed an improvement in reduced breakouts. However, not enough to keep paying $160+This product is a good start base for your journey, but with the price, not over a more extended period.
