Quality is 5 star - the mount I did not like
I ordered this to go with a Reolink 16 channel system and this camera integrated seamlessly and flawlessly into it. I really do like the look that this camera has when on the HDMI connection as it takes the place of two cameras automatically (not on a computer version though). The mount was the worst part of this installation as it lets you install it on either side (top or bottom) but you have to flip the mount and that made the hole on the bottom exposed to the elements so that water and stuff could drain down into the house fascia board. I plan on drilling a hole in the arm so it drains out. However, overall for the quality of the image and ease of integration this is just bang up of a camera. The lights are bright, night vision is great, and the speakers are really loud on this thing. Just a great 16MP camera.

Great for a back or front yard
A couple years ago, I purchased the Reolink DVR with 4 cameras, and had them mounted on the 4 corners of my home. 2 in the front yard facing each other so I can see the whole area, and 2 in the back yard facing each other. I've always wanted better side yard visibility since I've had a few instances now of people crossing through my sideyard and even contruction people working for a neighbor who were in my side yard. So, I bought this on sale (thank you Amazon and Reolink) to cover the back yard, and repointed the ones on the corners to see the side yard. You can see in the screenshot above, I can now see all of my yard and have a great view of the backyard. The clarity is nice. I also like the floodlight feature on it as well as the 2 way communications available. The siren COULD be louder, but I won't be using that much (hopefully). As I've mentioned in previous reveiws, I love that it's a POE camera since it won't need batteries and can't be jammed by a FlipperZero or other wireless jamming device. It can't be disabled without you first having been recorded. That being said, I would recommend pairing it with the DVR for that purpose. It can take up to 256GB of memory in an SD card, but that can be removed. If paired with a DVR indoors, they can take the camera or remove the card, but they're still recorded securely in your home! Also, if you're like me and have your network equipment on a battery backup, cutting power to your home won't kill this camera. It will run on the juice being supplied across the network! Sweet! If you're not interested in that, can't get network cables to the location you plan to mount it, or just prefer wireless still, then go for the wifi version of this camera. I'm still impressed with the rest of the features enough to suggest it! For the techies out there like me, it plays nicely with all the IOT services. Apple Homekit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and (my favorite) HomeAssistant all play well with it! In Alexa and HomeAssistant (the two I've tested the most with it) even the options to send voice back to it, trigger the siren, and trigger the flood light are all available! I'm already testing automations in HomeAssistant now! For the price, this is a great camera. My only complaint is a nit-picky one, and that is that in the DVR dashboard it comes across a bit small because it's panoramic. I hope they add layouts in the DVR to accomodate these later! Until then, I'm still satisfied. It's been worth every buck!

Excellent camera, not a 1:1 replacement for the Duo 2
This is a great, high definition camera sporting a 180 degree field of view with minimal distortion. It uses the same mounting bracket as the Duo 2 and can be dropped into an existing setup easily, **BUT** vertically, the FOV is not as tall as the Duo 2. For my application, I am still able to see everything I need to, but this is an important difference to note. It's maybe 5 fewer degrees vertically. Horizontally, you can still see an impressive 180 degrees with only minor distortion in the center of the picture from stitching the two camera feeds together. This camera easily connects to AgentDVR, and AgentDVR is even able to use data from the camera's AI motion and object detection to tag videos (with keywords including "detected", "vehicle", "people", "animal") or trigger recordings. FTP recording also works very well, although I had trouble with Auto/PASV transport and had to set it to Port to get it to work properly. This camera performs extremely well during the day. It's able to read the license plate of a moving vehicle from about 50 feet away with almost perfect clarity. At ~25mph the vehicle almost looks like it's not moving. At night, performance is still impressive, you can read the license plate of a stationary vehicle but a moving vehicle will only be a blur. You can still make out a good amount of detail if you adjust the image settings, but there's only so much you can do for night surveillance. I have had some problems getting the camera to switch between day mode and night color mode. The street outside my house has LED street lights, which I guess is bright enough to confuse the light sensor. Weirdly, though, the camera has no problem switching from day to black-and-white (infrared) night mode... I've tried editing the manual picture settings for color night mode, and it's definitely not kicking in; only changing the picture settings for day mode affects it. It's a bummer because the settings that maximize clarity in my situation are a LOT different for day and night mode. The reason this review is for four stars instead of five is a mix of the reduced vertical field of view and the weirdness switching to night mode. I wish it was made clearer that the field of view is reduced (even just a screenshot showing what the field of view actually is, not necessarily directly comparing the two), and not being able to adjust the color night mode is annoying. Despite these negatives, it is still a fantastic camera with amazing picture quality, and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend.

Amazing Cameras – I Have Three and Love Them!
I have three Reolink Duo POE cameras installed around my home, and I couldn’t be happier! They are incredibly reliable, and the motion sensor lights are a fantastic bonus. Notifications are instant, so I always know what’s happening outside. The setup was smooth and easy, and the video quality is crystal clear. They give me total peace of mind, and I love how professional and polished they look. Definitely worth every penny. These cameras are a game-changer for home security!

The 180° images is perfect!
This 180° camera is amazing. It provides a full view of the activities from left to right, a much better way to record the videos than having 2 separate wide angle camera mounted side by side with no image stitching. One of this camera literally replaces 2 cameras and it produces excellent images. I installed 5 of them on the Reolink NVR without any issues.

Excellent product
Really happy with this purchase. The product arrived on time and was well packaged. It works as expected and feels like good quality for the price. Setup/use was straightforward, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Overall, I’m satisfied and would consider buying from this seller again

What you can’t learn in 30 days so beware!!
I tried to set up and learn this system as quickly as possible in case I wasn’t satisfied, then realized that once I ran the wire to the locations and set the PoE cameras up, I was stuck with it. Hopefully this helps at least one other person out, because there’s no way they have such a high rating from real customers!! This rating is a result of this being an Amazon product. Things I don’t love about Reolink NVR + Cameras: 1. Non responsive support. 2. Doorbell has poor camera view 3. Doorbell motion and person detections is musical chime not spoken 4. Doorbell camera does not integrate with Alexa smart devices. 5. Doorbell camera does not announce through smart devices, only on little paired speaker 6. Doorbell WiFi set up is very frustrating and a poor user experience. Takes a long time before the camera connects to the wifi and is detected by the NVR on the same network. 7. Doorbell camera connection is unstable 8. All cams will only allow you to zoom on portrait display but not landscape, making the user experience very poor & frustrating. 9. Pan, Tilt, Zoom wireless camera is horrible! Connection worked 20% of the time. 10. PTZ camera repeatedly disconnected from wifi and lost the configuration settings. 11. Reolink PTZ camera is incompatible and will not integrate with Reolink NVR!! (Some other cameras won’t either) 12. Storage space is sufficient only for 3 days worth of recording. 13. The NVR and the Reolink phone app do not synchronize so cameras added to NVR have to be MANUALLY and managed separately on the phone app. 14. The phone app is clunky and non intuitive. Difficult to access the cameras directly, must navigate through the NVR to channels and then to cameras for SOME features. 15. The entire system is unstable and responds in delayed “spurts”. 16. Two way speaker quality is very poor coming from the camera to the location. Communication is muffled and low. 17. Many configuration settings for the camera are not clear and no information is provided, so difficult to optimize camera configurations. (stitching, frame rate mode, anti-flicker,, etc) 18. Cameras will not natively switch to landscape mode when user turns phone sideways to enlarge view. User has to navigate to NVR, channels, pick the channel of the desired camera, go to display settings and then enlarge in landscape. However, once in landscape mode, user CANNOT zoom!! Terrible 19. Cameras will constantly lose settings (including name) that are configured in mobile app, so they need to be duplicated in NVR. However setting up in NVR does not automatically sync or port over to mobile app. Horrible and tedious experience. 20. While the resolution is better than 1080, there really isn’t much difference between 2 MP on the wifi doorbell all the way to 16 MP on the Duo 3 PoE double lens cameras. 10/23/2024 UPDATE: I wish I could give this product negative stars. After several attempts to engage with the support team to help me with the myriad of issues experienced, I have still not been able to reach ANYONE live. I just get a periodic email saying “let us know if you need anything or if we can close your case”. Following is the latest email I sent just today: This feels like a cruel joke at this point. The Reolink NVR has now started a new behavior that I’ll just consider a feature. Each night, 3 of the 7 cameras simply stop broadcasting. They just say “failed to connect”. It takes several attempts of rebooting the NVR and the cameras, each separately, for them to reconnect. This is beyond frustrating and for your support team to do nothing but send periodic emails saying “do you need any help?” Is beyond aggravating. I’ve shared the issues, I’ve described them, I’ve gone into ample detail and all that is accomplished is a response of “let us know if you have any other questions or need anything else”. How is this your support model??! You sell pricey products that do not work long, if at all, and then you ignore the issues that are reported to your technical support. This is the worst experience with a security system company that I’ve ever heard of..

super nice video, sturdy build, easy to setup, easy menus to understand, love this camera!
I have to say I'm impressed with this particular Reolink camera. That's not to say I haven't had some not so desirable experiences with past Reolink cameras, but this particular model has really changed my mind about what this company really can do. The smart motion detection for people, cars and animals just flat works well. Better than some of my other cameras that cost 3x the amount I paid for this camera. The interface for configuration and playback are very easy to use and understand and the ability to choose what you want to see (car/people/animal) make's reviewing video so easy. The 180 degree view is really sharp except on the sides you see some very small artifacts but nothing very serious and bothersome. The night vision (without IR) is really good. I've got mine set up to only turn on the light when motion is detected; otherwise, with IR / light on all the time it is a super spider/bug magnet. Why can't they make cameras with the IR wavelength that bugs don't see!?! Very easy integration with Blue iris and pretty good onvif compliance, although probably not 100%. I will be keeping my eye on Reolink for new models with similar features, particularly if they come out with a PTZ version. My only complaints are that the sound level, even at 100%, is not very audible like my other cameras. It almost sounds muted. The other issue is when the IR switches it is a LOUD annoying click. I know a lot of cameras have that click but none of my other cameras are nearly that loud of a click. The mic must be in close proximity to the IR cut filter. 2nd update: when video playback is being reviewed the audio in the 'clear' video is choppy and very laggy, I guess due to the 'clear' video choice as opposed to the 'fluent' option which provides good audio with no lag but very low resolution picture. Not sure why they can't give good audio in a 'clear' video playback. My other cameras with similar price range have no issue with this.
