Overall good
Purchased mostly due to the aesthetics the aluminium like chassis is very elegant especially with RGB ram inserts. I don't think this is the type of form factor to run a heavy duty build given the 120mm AIO, it will certainly struggle on stock internals to run more intensive CPU's. Currently running with a Ryzen 7700x and it's performing well while remaining cool on temps. Those mentioning the loud components (PSU / fans) are accurate, personally I'm accustomed to a louder system coming from an NZXT with multiple fans but pairing the NCORE with the Asus B650ei has worked well when adjusting the fan curves and settings to silent via the integrated application that comes with the motherboard. Now it's dead silent without needing to change fans to noctua etc. Very good and occasionally good value if you purchase on discount. I did require a replacement model as the first had a defect in power supply and wouldn't turn on, but Amazon's customer service was outstanding as always.

Great-Looking Case with Solid Build, but Cooling Needs Improvement for Powerful CPUs
I built my PC in this case using a Ryzen 9 7900X and 96GB of RAM, and overall, it’s a well-thought-out and stylish case that’s enjoyable to work with. The design is sleek and minimal, making it look premium on any desk setup. The build quality feels solid, and everything fits together nicely without any alignment issues. One of the standout features is how easy it is to open and remove panels. The side glass and top panels come off effortlessly, making upgrades or maintenance a breeze. It’s refreshing to see a case that doesn’t require fiddling with multiple screws every time you want to adjust something inside. Another huge plus is the built-in power supply, which is not only compact but also performs very well. It keeps cable clutter to a minimum, and the pre-routed wiring helps a lot during installation. This makes it ideal for those who want a cleaner, more organized build without the hassle of managing too many cables. However, when it comes to cooling, this case can struggle with high-end components. My Ryzen 9 7900X ran quite hot until I installed an external fan to boost airflow. After that, temperatures were fine and stable, but I’d definitely recommend adding extra cooling if you plan on using powerful CPUs or doing heavy gaming or rendering. Pros: • Sleek, premium design that looks great on any setup • Easy to remove panels for quick access and maintenance • Built-in power supply is reliable and space-efficient • Excellent cable management layout • Solid construction and quality materials • Straightforward and beginner-friendly build process Cons: • Stock airflow isn’t strong enough for high-end CPUs • Requires additional fans for optimal cooling • Slightly limited space for larger AIOs or GPU cooling setups Overall: This is a great case for mid to high-range builds, especially if you appreciate good design, easy assembly, and a built-in power supply. Just make sure to plan for extra cooling if you’re using power-hungry components. Once that’s in place, it performs reliably and looks fantastic.

Amazing case for a first time mini itx builder!
First time building in a ITX form factor and the aspect of having the PSU and the AIO included and pre installed is a massive help. The look of the case is really nice specially with the tempered glass side panel. The noise level was a bit too much at the start but I wa sable to lower the speed of the fans and now it's much better as I have it next to me on my desk. I had a small issue with the power button being stuck but after contacting coolermaster they were able to help me out. Overall this is great value for money when you compare it to the individual parts separately.

Perfect.
Absolutely love this case. Really well made, really well thought out and a doddle to build in. Probably the easiest itx build ever as the power supply and AIO are already installed. Only way it could be improved would be a 5.0 riser cable instead of a 4.0 bit then it would cost way more than the £199 I just paid.

Probably avoid buying that
Power supply is faulty: pc won't power on with a working graphics card connected (LP 5060). No graphics card -- ok. I am quite disappointed because the case looks fancy.

Good temps with i7-14700k and 4070 Super dual
Very impressed by the quality of the build. The case feels premium and it's quite easy to remove the side panel. The AIO is a bit noisy and I can't seem to remove the air bubbles. Otherwise it's cooling the i7-14700k nicely. Not tried the tempered glass panel yet. I suspect it might not be worth the trade-off of higher temps. AIO installation instructions could be a bit clearer on the orientation of the parts. It had me confused for a while

Nice build, but noisy pump.
Very easy to build in, just great to have the PSU and cables pre-wired for these, normally awkward, ITX builds! Sadly mine has a very rattly pump which has somewhat spoilt the experience.

Decent value
Decent value for money if you buy at a discount as the cost of a similar quality SFX PSU alone is over £130. Very easy to set up: all PSU cables are already plugged in, included components are already mounted. Fits in a carry on suitcase, so it’s the perfect size. However, the noise level isn’t perfect and the AIO fans have to work hard to keep it cool even at idle. Would benefit from adding two more fans at the bottom but there’s no mounting screws. Looks clean and high quality.

Excellente finition.

I cannot recommend this. I accept the general wisdom from owners on the internet that the included fans, in particular the PSU fan, are poor. That doesn't bother me. Its the case constuction. A two piece shell with a not 90 degree angle held in place bny clips and pins that simply don't hold up under tension once they're clipped in. This is the second unit that has failed on me in this way. Furthermore, Coolermaster though intially engaging with me, were of no help. Purchases in June 2025. Zero support by January 2026. Avoid it.
