Recently I bought Skoda classic kylaq base model kar. I Have fitted this dual dash camera . Rare view camera and front camera picture qualities superb. Recording goes on. I was really dreading the installation process but it was a piece of cake. The included plastic spudger tool was very helpful in routing the cables under the interior trim and rubber seals. My vehicle is one of the shorter SUVs on the market so I had about 6 feet of extra cable left over that I simply double routed under the interior trim. Video quality is excellent and the software was easy to set up as well as to use. The only hiccup I ran into was the rear camera wasn't detected at first. I plugged/unplugged it a couple times without success before I realized that it took quite a bit more force to seat the barrel jack into its socket. Once it was seated properly everything worked just great. Connecting your phone to the camera via WiFi is quick and easy and you have control of all the camera's features from the app. This camera also supports picture-in-a-picture (PIP) mode so that you can have the front and rear cameras recording at the same time. It also allows you to pick which camera will have the larger view in PIP mode. Voice control and voice prompts work very well. All the usual info gets overlaid on the recording such as the date/time stamp and GPS coordinates. You also have the option of selecting several recording resolutions but I left mine set to 4K. A nice touch was the inclusion of extra mounts in the box in case you want to move the cameras between two cars. I was initially tempted to purchase the Garmin Mini 2 until I found out that it doesn't come with a rear camera nor oddly a GPS, something which Garmin should have included since GPS receivers are their main products. The Garmin also requires a subscription and only does 1080p video. For the Garmin, you have to purchase the rearview camera separately AND purchase an SD card which increases the price significantly as well. The AZDOME unit shipped with a 64GB SD card pre-installed. This dashcam is the biggest bang for your buck that you'll find. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and recommend this unit to anyone who wants/needs front and rear view monitoring.

My trusty entry level dash cam that was approaching 5 years old finally quit working and I chose this Azdome M300 as a replacement. WOW! What an astounding difference the improvements in technology have made in even basic electronics. I have included still photos of both daytime & night scenes and am very impressed with the quality of this camera. I’m not sure why others have encountered problems with the app as I has worked fine for me on my iPhone XR. The interface in the app isn’t especially intuitive, but it s simple to figure out with some patience the first round, then very simple afterwards. I will also say that my first Azdome M300 did have a microphone problem causing distorted audio but the seller quickly offered a replacement at no cost so an additional 5 stars to the seller for standing by their product. All in all I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to a friend.
