Great sound/buy for a low cost.
Very surprised with the sound. I hooked the bluetooth into my computer and I have yet to turn up past 12 and the bass is amazing, I've got the clock set and a couple local stations programed in already. It came 4 days ahead of the delivery date, and was packaged very well. Remote has batteries, has separate AM/FM antennas. It's really easy to hook up. Greta buy for the price.

Great Buy
Awesome sound for such a small unit, I am very pleased with my purchase I couldn't beat the price for what I received.

Very good value for under $150
Handsome speakers - mine are brown oak, and they actually generate decent bass + treble for 5" woofers. Unit has full size remote, adjustable EQ feature for bass / treble, easy to set up ( 5 minutes ). Came very well packaged in styrofoam inside double box, remote included batteries. Also includes separate AM and FM antennas. Only one frustration: can't figure out how to completely shut off via remote. It can be put into "idle" but never completely off. I will keep playing with remote to try to figure this out but now it is a challenge, small issue at best. Good sound for bedroom @ decent price - would recommend it.

Nice sound
Love having a remote to it. It has a nice sound. The only negative would be is the CD tray is flimsy. But other than that it’s a pretty nice stereo.

You will NOT be sorry....
Better than expected, simple and easy to read and size is medium, with it still being completely functional in my living room!

Reluctant Return
I wanted to give this item 5 stars because the appearance, sound, and features are VERY good. I find the sound to be well above average. Great depth and power. I'm very pleased with each of those aspects. The problem is that my unit has a "fatal flaw" concerning the remote control. It worked great for the equivalent of 5 minutes after setup. Then, it stopped communicating with the stereo receiver. I thought it might be the batteries that came with it so I went out and bought new ones. Same result. I turned the unit off and on several times as well as unplugging it. Same result. I eventually discovered the remote controller works perfectly....as long as you aim the "eye" of the remote DIRECTLY at the sensor on the receiver and are no more than 3 INCHES from it. Further away than that, and the receiver does not respond. Also, if you hold it 1 inch from the receiver, but to the left or right of the sensor, it doesn't respond. So, in essence, my unit has no remote capabilities unless you are standing at the receiver. For clarification, there are only 7 functions you can control on the actual receiver. There are 34 functions available via the remote. After testing, my conclusion is that the issue is with the sensor behind the plastic front cover of the receiver versus an issue with the "eye" of the remote. As much as I love the look and sound, I can't accept that situation and have lost confidence in getting a replacement. I'm going with a different brand. Choose wisely.

Nice compact unit!
Very good sound! I'm impressed. All of it's functions work well. I would definitely recommend this little stereo.

Junk
Bought this sharp radio for the garage, set it up and it did not work as planned. First the thing has few knobs, mostly electronic buttons, each button controls several functions depending how long you hold the button down, when you try to change stations it jumps back to a preset station. the stations come in with lots of static and as for the speakers only one works at a time. I thought $129 was enough to spend for a little music in the garage but I guess I was wrong. I'll never buy electronics online again. I want to see it and hear it first. Went to return it and they ask the dumbest questions. Did you open the box and use the product? How would you know if it works if you never set it up. I didn't want to make a bad day worse so I threw it in the trash. Cost me $129 to have piece of mind and no hassles. I'm sure Jeff needs the money.
