Great bottle
Vey happy with the practicality of this water bottle. It is a little awkward at first getting used to the straps around your hand but overall it’s very comfortable and I imagine the fit would be suitable for most hand sizes. I also appreciate how well the lid seals and retains water without leaking or anything. And on an even more positive note, it’s very easy to wash and clean. I typically carry this on my medium long runs when it’s warmer outside and it fits my need very well.

Great bottle for runners
Best running water bottle on the market, easy to carry with the thumb loop doesn’t leak, holds the right amount of water, easy the use. Fits in your pocket when collapsed. Durability is great as I have dropped it multiple times on my runs.

My favorite handheld water bottle for running
This soft flask is extremely light and comfortable to hold. The thumb loop works very well for me. It allows me to hold the bottle securely using almost no grip pressure, with no need to overtighten the velcro hand-strap. The thumb loop is a good size for me and did not cause any chafing or irritation, but it might not work for someone with very large hands. The bite valve has good flow and I didn't experience any leakage. This is a soft flask, so it collapses as you drink from it -- no sloshing. I did not notice any plasticky odor or taste. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the insulation, as all my runs since getting this have been in very cool temps, but I'll update this review after I've had a chance to use it in warmer weather.

Love it but hard to Clean
These are my favorite types of bottles for running but i will say they are very hard to keep clean and can easily gather dirt in the mouth peice which is a pain to keep clean. Other than that the bottle is great. It’s easy to fill, comfortable to carry and ive had no issues with leaking.

Huge downgrade
This is a major downgrade from the previous designs. The thumb loop itself isn’t bad at all, it’s the main strap. The main strap is hard and abrasive on the skin making it itchy to wear and causes redness. The sides of the Velcro are what is ruining this, it’s way too hard. The snap closure system on the top is worse then my old model one is, the old one gives a satisfying click when closed and dosnt require too much force to close it, the new one takes a solid amount of force without even getting an audible click when secured. I do not like this at all and will be buying the old gen instead.

Good flask, horrible strap
The flask itself is pretty good. The handheld strap, however, is worse than useless. The material is rough around the edges, literally, and is narrow, so a full flask digs into your hand more than it should. I ended up repurposing an old Orange Mud handheld, which works far better. Hydrapak, take note. The "speed" flip-open lid is a bit of a gimmick. Another reviewer pointed out that keeping the lid attached means you’re less likely to grab the wrong one at a race aid station, which is a fair point. But the tab is so stubborn that I usually just unscrew the whole thing out of frustration, making the flip-top feature useless. And even if you do manage to pop it open, the spout is much narrower than the actual flask opening, meaning ice cubes are pretty much out of the question—so much for insulation helping with cold drinks. Not that it matters much, since the insulation does not seem to make a noticeable difference anyway. On the upside, the insulation does make the flask more structured, which helps when tossing it in the dishwasher. If you’re thinking about getting one, save yourself a few bucks and skip the version with the strap.

Great for trail runs
This collapsible handheld bottle is a fantastic option for runners or anyone who wants hydration without bulk. The strap is adjustable and comfortable — it stays secure in the hand without needing to grip tightly, which is a huge plus during long runs. The collapsible design works exactly as intended. As you drink, the bottle compresses down, reducing sloshing and making it lighter to carry the farther you go. It also packs away easily in a vest or pocket when empty. The bite valve provides a steady flow of water without leaking, and the wide opening makes it quick to refill at aid stations. It’s easy to clean, and the material feels durable while still remaining flexible. Overall, it’s well-designed, lightweight, and reliable — a must-have hydration tool for distance running or fast-paced workouts where convenience and comfort matter.
