It servees my purpse, and it's not my favorite. It does not cook up the way I like my steel cut oats. The only reason I bought it was because it was all I could find here in Bordeaux.

These are great for cooking in the pressure cooker and then using to make granola bars, or porridge. I'm yet to discover if portions will freeze and thaw out well for future consumption.
