I purchased this supplement because it covers many benefits that I want to support and issues I would like to prevent - so much so, that I wrote some of them around the top of the bottle with a marker. * That's a free tip for you btw! : ) If you want to quickly rembr what a supplement's benefits are, write it on the bottle if it's not already there. I haven't had any issues with taking it so far - no upset tummy, no aftertaste, & easy to swallow. I look for Liposomal products for the enhanced absorption factor, and this met that. I am taking it for cognitive support + healthy aging. It also is supposed to be good for bone, heart, and cancer health so I appreciate that as well.

A good choice for Vitamin E, but a large gel pill, and expensive if you can't afford it!

These are definitely not vegan, false advertising. Looking at the ingredients on the box and it says gelatin.
