Really good little bottles for my juice shots. Got sick of taking supplements in tablet form so now I just buy the powders and add them to this with a bit of water. After a good shake I can down them in a couple of swigs. I normally do coco powder, cinemon and some greens powder with some date syrup. yum! might add some turmeric and black pepper as well. The advantage is that you can add quite a bit of powder, though you should add some liquid first to stop it sticking. It's like having a mini health smoothie and you can prep a whole weeks worth in one go. Good for prepping to take to work or just to down in the evening. The seals are good and don't leak, though you need to detatch the bottom of the caps first which is just a tiny cuff. I havent tried freezing them yet but wouldn't imagine a problem if you don't totally fill them up. The little brush you get is a nice touch but pointless as the cap is wide enough to fit a sponge in whole. Best to just wash out straight after use. I wouldn't put them in a dish washer or very hot water though as this would probably warp them. Now I'm coming up with all sorts of ideas as to what to add or formulate for my tiny health drinks. They work out cheaper and tastier than pills and less of a hassel than downing a whole smoothie that you need a blender for. Good for my plant milk to take to work as well as they are big enough for a few cups of tea or coffee. Just one a day keeps me happy and am scouring youtube for other ideas! Buying these will probably save me a fortune on supplements and I highly reccomend them!

Fantastic little bottles that I used for my daughter who couldn't have school milk. Perfect amount and great for little hands! Also dishwasher safe so could use again and again. Would definitely recommend.

Great for my healthy daily turmeric, ginger shots. Do not put in dishwasher & if you loose a lid, a milk bottle lid also works!
