The media could not be loaded. I audibly gasped when I opened up the Amazon envelope and saw this tiny box. I thought at first that I must have misread the description and didn't order an electric sharpener because all the other portable sharpeners I've ever tried were much larger than this. It is definitely electric (uses two AA batteries), and the battery compartment was easy to load.In addition to the pleasing and adorable smol-ness, it's easy to hold in your hand and use. If it's sitting on the table, it works pretty well, but only if the surface is flat. In my video you can see it kind of spins away from me a bit, but I think it's cuz it's on top of my sketchbook on my lap and I'm also focused on trying to hold the phone to record so I kind of tilted the pencil a bit.The point it gives the pencil when done sharpening is perfect! It doesn't have an auto-stop feature like some sharpeners do, but you can hear a slight change in the pitch of the motor when it's done sharpening. I have no idea how long the batteries will last, but so far every other feature of this unit is superb so I wouldn't be surprised if they last forever lol.10/10 recommend!! In fact, I'll probably buy another one so I can keep one on the desk and one in my travel bag I take when I bring my art stuff out into the world to sketch. Maybe I'll be adventurous and get the blue one instead of clear. 😊

Sharpens pencils really well, My kid enjoys using it!

This sharpener works great but it can only sharpen two pencils at a time. If you try to do a third one then the spot for the pencil shavings gets stuck. It is a very small area. The whole sharpener is very small. It takes AA batteries.

This tiny sharpener has already sharpened 100’s of pencils (since my daughter thinks the pencil isn’t sharp if it can’t prick your finger) and is still going strong. Definitely worth the money!

Compact size makes just right for travel. Works well in sharpening pencils .

Broke almost immediately. Cheaply made, over priced. She sharpened maybe 5 pencils with it before the battery cover fell off, now she has to hold the batteries in place while sharpening.

I love that it’s a small sharpener, also you don’t need to connect it, it’s battery operated. Sharpens really well too
