These straps cost as much as good ones but cheap materials

i have two of these sets to tie down my antique cars which dont weigh more than 2500 pounds but i moved an antique tractor that weighed 5500 pounds and the tie downs worked great. they pull down tight and lock down for traveling. i was using one as a strap sideways and broke it but that was not how it was intended to be used so that was my fault.the snap hooks on both ends make them easy to use and they clip on firmly with out falling off, the axel loops also make attaching to a car or tractor very simple

we bought 6 of these to add to our car hauling collection and they are a great strap. we drove 2,200 miles across the country in wind, rain, sunshine and lots of construction and our vehicles stayed strapped down. the ties stayed tight the entire time and didn’t move once. they are a full length tie down ratchet.. what more can you say! they’re awesome. 10/10 confident in these straps.

I needed a safe, quick and strong way to secure a car to a trailer. After trying to use ratchet straps without latching hooks and the third ring to secure a loop to the cars frame, a friend told me about these tie down straps. Problem solved! Its not worth not having them.

These Autofonder heavy duty tie down straps are really well made. The 2in by 110in straps make for a strong tie down that will hold. The break strength is 10000lbs and a working load of 3333lbs. The ratchets are made of metal and easy to ratchet. Each of the 4 straps has a reinforced loop end and a metal snap hook. Made for axel tie down but can be used to tie down on trailers ect, ect. Just be knowledgeable of the load bearing, but I doubt you'll load that much. Overall, nice set of straps that should last a long time, well made with metal and thick nylon, and long straps for different kinds of loads.

These a excellent quality tie-down ratchets.The strap material is very heavy duty nylon. The ratchets are very solid, move very easily, and are covered in plastic in the perfect places to make sure that they're comfortable to use.I also really like the snap hooks so that you never have to worry that they'll somehow slip out of the loop to which you're attaching it.The only issues I really have are not a problem with the product but moreso my application of them.I knew that they had 10,000 lb. capacity when I got them, but it turns out that to handle that weight, which is much more than I ever need, the straps are a little bit stiff, making them just a tiny bit more difficult to work with - but still very easy.The other issue is that the straps are a little bit shorter than my other tie-downs. At almost 10 ft. they are still great and can tie down most things, but I'm used to longer straps that can cover larger items and longer distances such as diagonally across my large trailer.Still fantastic straps.

I was looking for a new way to speed up the process of strapping down my ATV after rides that was also nice and secure for longer trips. When I found these I was pretty sure they would be exactly what I was looking for. Yes, they're a little more heavy duty than I require, but the way they work is perfect for getting hooked up and strapped down quickly; a necessity when the bugs at the trailhead are so thick you're inhaling them. These don't need to be unhooked at the turnbuckle end at all and it's just a quick through and clip back to itself and they're ready to tighten. The sliding sleeve on the straps is a very nice feature. I have a bunch of old straps that have been frayed out because they always rub at the same spot in this sort of application. the sleeve will extend the life of these straps a good deal, I hope. The ratchet itself is smooth and easy to use. The handle is long and comfortable and allows me to get them nice and tight. These have cut my loading time in half, and only the mosquitos are disappointed about that! I'll update my review as I continue to use them, should I encounter anything that warrants it.

These straps are definitely overkill for my father's small trailer, but they sure work well. These seem like they would be suitable for an 18 wheeler. The ratcheting is very easy to do, and the tension it achieves is incredibly strong. They hook on to the mounting points of the trailer easily too. The nylon and metal seem very well made; I've used them a few times now without any visible signs of wear. These are a big improvement over the tie down straps we've been using. A great product.

A very sturdy feeling tie down set. Physically heavy weight to these strap sets. The metal ratchet end works well, for securing the load. We also appreciate the lining material on the lasso auto tie downs ("antiabrasion") so the rims won't get damaged during transport. We have used these to move a riding lawn mower on a flat bed trailer, with it remaining secure, throughout the 20km trip. Price is average for this set, we paid a similar amount, for a lesser quality strap set.
