These are a bit too nice. I bought them for a boost while I was out walking, but now I have to fight to get them before the family eats the lot.Each bar is 82kcal and individually wrapped. My family love this bar. My kids they love to eat breakfast time. 😋 this bar is so tasty. Good cereal bar. These bars are made with the flavor of Coco Pops cereal, which is known for its chocolatey taste.
