NETUM DS Series Wireless Barcode Scanner with Charging Cradle (DS8500 (UHF RFID Reader & 1D 2D Scan), White)

Works great, we started getting products that have really really small QR codes. Like 1x1cm in size and these scanners scan them quickly! We were using a phone at first because our original bar code scanner does not work with QR codes.These scan so fast but you also have to cover any nearby qr codes/bar codes since the scanner picks everything so quickly. No complaints here, small effort to make it work great and saves a lot of time.

Bought the DS2800, and I love it. I was excited before it arrived, so I read all the manuals and got prepped for setup beforehand. It probably took less than 30 seconds to scan 5 config barcode/qr-code scans, and I was sending barcode information to my local MQTT server, and my application was processing it.One quirk is that the mqtt publish topic has a max length of 11 characters. If all goes well with my support email, I'll be buying a second one, and will report back here

I like how the scanner can be used in both ways, with cable or without cable, the only drawback is that one of the scanners that I bought after using it a few time suddenly does not want to read bar code...

Can’t figure out how to use it. 😔 can’t find clear instructions anywhere for it either

Works great with clover pos system

I purchased these to replace wired scanners at our front counter (middle and high school library). We do large volumes of barcode scanning. They work every bit as well, if not better, than our wired scanners relative to their ability to read codes and the quickness with which they do it. I've only had them for a week, so I'm hopeful that they have durability and longevity as well.

Was unsuccessful in setting this scanner up with my Square system. After contacting the Netum company, I was informed that this scanner "is not" compatible with the Square System. The description states can be used with iOS system, please don't be confused about this as I was. The service center at Netum answered my question quickly, which I greatly appreciate, the scanner itself is small and easy to handle but will not work for what I need. Although I am disappointed that I could not use this scanner, it is cute, small and easy to handle, therefore I give it three stars.

This is my second scanner for the store. I like the NETUM much better. Cordless and self-charging. It is not connected to the Bluetooth because I have not taken the time to read the instructions.
