It felt like a well priced, value for money item.My usage of this item was very minimal. Just mount my camcorder on a 16 ft tripod, adjust the camcorder view to a fixed location. That's it. It was less than 30 seconds of usage.That way, I used it 8 times without any issues. Total usage = 30 seconds x 8 = 240 second (i.e 4 minutes)But on the 9 time, I realized that the device is malfunctioning.It doesn't pan in both the directions. Now, the panning is just in one direction.So after just 4 minutes of usage, the device has malfunctioned.I bought it in Nov-2023 and the Amazon return window is gone.I am not sure if the device has any warranty, if at all.

This device is helpful when i have an event, but not enough persons for camera

With a telephoto lens on my SLR, well within the weight limit of this device, it would not hold a vertical position. Instead, it slowly slipped up or down on its on. A few tries later, a 'pop' was heard and now it doesn't work.

Charging is nice but too much slack or to loose on the left and right pan. I wished I would have known about it before buying. I would have definitely bought something else.
