Honestly some of the better earbuds I've ever used. Better bass than the 500w 10" sub in my car The app is easy to use The only note/warning I have is the pair button and touch sensors are insanely sensitive so the case can't be in your pocket and the gaiter I wear to keep my face warm at work tends to pause my listening. I really like these earbuds. The sound is really good and fit nicely in my ear. The ANC works great but I did have to increase the size of the rubber bud as my ear canals are a bit larger than the ones provided. Not a knock on the product but it would be nice to supply different sizes for different canal sizes. I would still buy these again if I had too. Battery life is really good for my commute to and from the office.

These buds are way underestimated and are just great for its price.

In less than 3 months, left ear stopped working already. It started with a loud noise, then left ear stopped working, even though it’s still 100% charged.

UPDATE #2: I figured out the issue as to why either one of the ear buds wasn't working at times. It turns out, it wasn't making contact with the charger and, thus, wasn't charging. This is usually caused by dirt and occurs on many electronic components that mysteriously begins to go bad, like the buttons on a computer mouse. You can diagnose the issue in one of two ways: 1. Use a Multimeter to check the voltage on the ear buds (check YT for instructions on how to use one if you don't know how). I found that ~4.8-5v is considered fully charged. 2. Connect one of the ear buds to the charger, wait a sec, and then remove it to get a reading on the charge of that particular ear bud. I'd say the Multimeter method is better, they're not that expensive (~$10), and they serve many other uses. If the issue is that one of the batteries isn't charging, you can try fixing it by using a contact cleaner called Deoxit D5 (~20). Spray the contacts inside the charger and on the ear bud and then insert the ear bud in and out repeatedly for about 15 seconds. Do this for both ear buds and charger contacts so you don't have to do it again in the future (it also doesn't hurt to do so). My 2 star rating still stands because not many people will be tech savvy enough to pick up on this or even read this review. And the solution is better quality control on the manufacturer's end. UPDATE: the previous review still stands, but I had to deduct two stars and withdraw my recommendation due to the frustration of the ear buds desyncing. You can even find YouTube videos about this issue. The manual tells you "how" to fix it, but the solution doesn't work. It really is just a matter of "wait, see, and hope" that it resyncs. So, if you buy this, just know that the ear buds get desynced quite often where only one will work. ------------ The buttons can be confusing. Sometimes you tap twice to pause/play music, other times it's one tap, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. And the buttons are very small without any tactile feedback to let you know where they've been pressed or not. I've learned to just slide my finger over them to ensure that they've been pressed. Also, the charging case is very minimalist, with only a light to indicate just how much battery the earbuds have left. Easily a 5-star product if not for the first complaint.

Honestly for the price these are pretty good earbuds. I really enjoy the spacial audio. I definitely would recommend, you get a good amount of quality for the price.
