This is a great bag, came with 2 size of internal filling bags for 30&50lbs, very well constructed and nice finish to it. Particularly impressed built the inner bags as had sand leaks on previous ones but should be ok with this one. Recommend that you fill with dry kiln sand vs builder sand, but either is good. Great for a variety of exercises particularly lunges.

Extremely high quality adjustable strength training sandbag by RDX. Item has very robust quality about it with strong stitching and multiple handles. I purchased the 25 to 75 lbs bag which came with 2 internal sand bags (50 & 25 lbs) which require filling. The internal bags are made from the same high quality material. Great addition to my home gym. Very happy with this purchase.

I have read the other reviews prior to purchasing this great product. So, I am taking the other reviews into account. If you are looking at this product then you know what it is and what it does, so I don't need to explain it.The bag is professionally made and looks really good. It's strong and durable which means that you can throw it around without any worries. The weight comes from weighted sandbags inside the product (there is a strong foam cylinder inside that holds the sandbags). The bags are double bagged within a plastic bag and then a cloth bag sealed with Velcro. Yes, this is a complete product as the bags and sand all come as a part of the product.There are criticisms about the sand bags in other reviews. I found the sand was slightly damp, but it is double bagged (sealed plastic bags inside Velcro sealed material bags) which ensure there is no damage to the product. The only issue I found was that some of the plastic bags had tape around them and some didn't. This means that when you throw the bag around there is a danger that the plastic bags could split (one of them had). But I replaced the bag with a freezer bag added some tape put it back into the material bag and it was sorted out.This is a great product, well made and designed and well worth the money. Very happy with this product.

Was skeptic of the quality, but bought it to experiment.The product seems to be extremely high quality;The stitching (main concern) is reinforced with the black fabric enforcement on the outside, backed with another layer on the inside of a rubber sealant inner lining.Its obvious that moisture will not get in or out (second concern) because of the thickness of the rubber.The inner bags are definitely not going to come loose its hard to get them open because of what seems like military grade Velcro.The only thing I would liked to have had is more smaller increments of bags, with the 50-125 bag you can have 50, 100 or 75. 5 of the 25 bags would be ideal, but the price is great.Will update in a few weeks on durability.

You’re only limited by your imagination in how to workout with this very versatile bit of kit. I’ve got the one insert version then I get the 3x insert version.Really robust, well made and well designed. Doubt anyone serious about fitness would regret this purchase. As a side note, to other reviews, it’s meant to be a bit unstable, plopping, otherwise youd just use weights. The instability will help develop stabilising muscles

At first this seemed a good product but after 6 months it’s virtually unusable as all its straps have torn. The weight of sand was less than the stated maximum. I expected it to last longer. My previous exercise bag lasted 3 years.

A better value item than some brands. Filler bags are super sturdy and the carry back seems robust. A few improvements would be extra padding on the handles - the largest bag cuts into the hands quite a bit when full (it's an absolute beast). A set of opposing handles mid-bag would be good but all in all a quality bit of kit.

I bought the 125 to 200lb version which has torn with about 100lbs of sand and little use. Some lifting but no slamming as it’s been in my indoor gym.
