I chose these 2nd Springs 7-Mushrooms Complex because I don’t eat many vegetables. I’m more of a corn & potato girl. I got this mushroom complex due to the variety of organic mushroom types, also because of the veggie caps. I was hoping to boost my kitty's immune system. Yep, pouring 1/5 a cap into her food (she weighs 16 pounds). Mushrooms, I've read, are actually healthy for them as well as for humans. Of course, I also want to take this but I get angular chelitis so I can't have too much. After opening the capsule, I found it had a pleasant, rich mushroom aroma, and then I poured it into her wet food and have tried a little taste myself. Her appetite has picked up since having some of this in her diet and I truly feel a great peace around this. I felt it was also an immune boost for myself, which is something I can tell in a pretty short period of time as my immune system is healing.

I have taken mushroom supplements on and off and decided to try this with 7 types included. The capsules are tasteless and odorless, and although maitake mushrooms have caused me digestive upset in the past, I have not had an issue with this supplement yet. As this product contains natural substances, it can take longer to show effects in the body than pharmaceuticals and synthesized compounds. I have not noticed any difference in taking this supplement for a few days, but I don't expect that to happen so soon. After I've finished the bottle, I'll update this review if I need to. The label claims the ingredients are organic and non-GMO, and were sealed internally and externally to indicate no tampering with contents.

This 2nd Springs Mushroom Complex arrived very fresh. There are 60 capsules included and two capsules are the recommended dose. The mushrooms included in this complex are Lion's Mane, Mycelium Complex, Chaga, Maitake, Shitake, Reishi, Turkey Tale and Condycaps (all organic). Also included is Beta Glucans Powder 200 mg and Arabinogalactan 100 mg. The capsules are manufactured in a Good Manufacturer Facility that is inspected by the FDA. The capsules are not third party tested and that is a mark against them. So far no problems have occurred from trying these capsules. If any problems arise I will update this review.
