More power than expected.
This scooter is great. Feels safer and better built than others. I am 250 pounds and this gets me around just fine.

Not working scooter
Back wheel was locked up and would move and the screw for handle bar wasissing..no qt code as of it were new

Great scooter but……
It is on the heavy side if you’re a commuter who needs to carry it up and down stairs. Also be careful that you don’t get one with a defective folding latch like mine that can fall while carrying and cause serious injury. The vendor replaced mine but this company should have much better quality control before they risk being involved in an injury lawsuit

Like it but not like new
Was kinda banged up when i got it,, Was boxed up that way.. Gouges on the bottom, scratched up reflectors,, And had like 900 kilometers on it,,, thats 600+ miles on it,,, "Like New"

Good product, not so good shipping!
I'm very pleased with the scooter.... shipping of the scooter was not good! Paint missing off of break levers and broken styrofoam, torn box,etc. I will definitely not order from this vendor if they choose a poor service for shipping their orders. When you spend a good amount of money for something, you expect it to arrive in good shape. However, I'm very happy with Nui products and will be purchasing their products in the future!

Wrong country version sent
I received a throttled version of this scooter, not the US version, I confirmed this with Niu customer support. It was made for Germany. The scooter was fine though.
