Very nice laptop. Well made. Battery life is not the 12h claimed. In reality more like 6-7. Nice screen. Very fast start-up 7sec. Some good ports Thunderbolt and USB 3.2 Keyboard is acceptable for such a thin machine. Not the Lenovo quality re keyboard but no show stopper. I love this because it feels very well made.

Great screen (touch version) with impressive black, minimal artefacts and bleed. I don't use the touch much but it's handy to have. Speed, battery life and keyboard are good. Only negative is the SSD, a Samsung but performance is about half that of 980/990 PRO drives. Luckily the base of the case is easy to remove and the SSD and WiFi slots are readily accessible. I plan to upgrade the SSD; the WiFi is an Intel AX211 6E which is good enough for me.

After a long research I finally made my purchase, and my choice dropped to this ASUS zenbook 14 with intel i5 1340p with touchscreen. PERFORMANCE: After few days I’m using it I can say the performance are really great, the system never got stuck and I can easily handle multi pages, emails, big pdf and other things without problems, even after put it into sleep when you lift the screen the system reacts fast in no time. SCREEN: the image’s quality are so great, very bright and clear, and the touch screen is a mega plus for me, however the only downside of having it is the presence of very little dots that you can notice especially when you have light colours as background; personally it doesn’t bother me and it’s something which I can live with, as the touchscreen is a brilliant thing to have, I work much better with this. BATTERY: I can carry my task on the go without thinking about the charger, as long as I walk out from home with battery at 100% I’m sure to come back with a good 20/40%, using the laptops for around 6 house, so I’m generally happy with the battery’s performance. MATERIALS: Case’s quality is great, premium products has been use to create a very solid laptop, however the only downside of it is that fingerprint will stay on laptop’s surface, which is not ideal.

Very, very, very slow. All promise and no delivery. It was returned and I bought a Samsung Laptop that was around the same price and which performs way beyond the ASUS. It was a complete waste of time setting it up, a task which it performed exceptionally slowly.

Beautiful design, vibrant colours and great performance. I am happy with this purchase.

If you want a laptop that is small, light, good performance, and with a decent battery life, then I can recommend this ASUS Zenbook. In addition to these feature this model has a really nice OLED screen, a positive feel keyboard, and pretty reasonable sound considering its size. Time to power on, and time to go to and wake from sleep is very quick. And battery doesn't lose much charge when left in sleep overnight. Rough estimate of battery life is about 6-8 hours depending on use. More may be possible if you mainly use it for reading. I use mine for writing, web browsing, email, and playing the occasional video. The blue is very dark. Looks almost black unless in bright light. The functionality and responsiveness of the laptop is great; however there are a few issues: 1) The battery life is really, really poor. I use the laptop for work and I have to charge it twice a day during my shift. Really expect more considering the price point. 2) The screen can only tilt to a 90 degree angle. Something worth considering when other comparable laptops with touch screen capability can extend further. Overall, I'd probably return the laptop if it didn't involve the hassle of purchasing a new one, setting up etc.

Everything about this laptop is excellent, especially the screen and build quality. Unfortunately, I suffered with regular stuttering in the audio through Bluetooth. I tried every solution I could find including updating the bios, Bluetooth driver via intel, and changing various settings that has worked for others, without success. It may be interference but I've no problem with other devices. This was a deal breaker for me so had to return.
