Tonsil Stone Removal Kit - 2 Remover Tools + 50 Swabs + 1 Syringe

I have been suffering with tonsil stones for years now. I can sometimes cough them out, but often that does not work. This is where this kit comes in handy. Before I got this kit I would use q-tips, however the standard length q-tips are a little too short. The ones in this kit are plenty long and get the job done. However, even better than the swabs are the metal tools, I love them as they provide a precise edge to gently nudge a stone out. Sometimes I have noticed that some stones are not as solid as others and are almost like a clump of cottage cheese (I know, gross!). For these softer stones the syringe works wonders!When I started manually removing tonsil stones, it was difficult as I have a strong gag reflex. It gets easier over time, but I discovered that if I spray my mouth with sore throat numbing spray, it helps the reflex a bit.I also find it useful to hold a flashlight in the hand I am not using so I can see exactly where they are.I have also found another use for the syringe. If you fill the syringe with mouthwash diluted with water, you can spray it gently on your tonsils and the back of your throat. I feel it does a better job then gargling and leaves my breath smelling great. I love to do it before dates!

I'm absolutely in love with this kit. After wondering why my breath stinks after I've finished brushing, flossing, & rinsing, I got a flashlight and saw these white lumps in the back of my throat. After a bit of panicking, I called the dentist & was told that they're tonsil stones. After googling tonsil stones, I tried to remove them with my toothbrush. I have the world's strongest gag reflex & just could not touch the stones with the brush, thus leading me to ordering this kit. The long metal spoon gets them dislodged within seconds & did not trigger my gag reflex at all! (Run it under cold water & that'll help keep the reflex at bay.) I don't know how I survived before having this long tonsil spoon. I'm very pleased and will be getting these kits for my younger brothers as well.

I would have to say I am very pleased with this tonsil stone remover kit. I had been using a smaller tool that I got off of eBay before owning this, and must say that the metal tools in this kit are much easier to use due to their long length. The cotton swabs are an excellent addition and I like to use one to apply pressure on the tonsilwhich then makes it easier to scoop out the stone with one of the metal tools. I haven't used the curved syringe much as the other tools have been working just fine, so I can't give a review on that but plan to experiment with it more in the future. All in all, great kit! It feels so good to get those nasty smelling stones out!

I found no use for the swabs or the syringe but the silver sticks with the little scoops on the end did the trick.Thankfully I haven't had any stones in a long time but I was getting them frequently at one point and this kit was a lifesaver.

Tip of syringe will rough your throat up if your not careful, does a good job of flushing the back of tonsils, the tools and swabs come in handy also. My syringe eventually plugged up after using a mouthwash mixture, my bad, couldn’t get it cleaned out so I have to order another one, may look for one that doesn’t have the rough edge at the syringe tip.

This was the absolute best tonsil stone remover tool set that not only saved me a doctor's bill, but also made me feel absolutely liberated when I saw all of those stubborn tonsil stones finally flowing out of my mouth after nearly a month of agony of having smelly suckers! Nothing else could get these horrible pesky things to come out! The syringe and the super long swabs and super long metal tools were absolutely genius! It made reaching those tough hard to reach places very easy. I am very thrilled to have found this company and to have chosen them! Keep up the good work Breath Md!

The Q tips are plenty long but one broke fairly easily. It was scary because I was trying to move a tonsil around and was using minimal pressure. I’m glad I didn’t choke on it as it broke while inside of my mouth. Use with caution. Also I’m sure this is a given but wash the metal tools they provide and also use with caution as they can really hurt you and cause bleeding.
