Keeps the Nest powered no matter what weather decides to throw at it
I’ve had this solar charger hooked up to my Google Nest camera for five months now and it works like a dream. The camera instantly recognized it was plugged in and switched to solar power with zero hassle. Temps have swung from bitter 28°F to scorching 104°F. Add humidity, rain, heat, whatever — charger just keeps pushing juice like it’s on autopilot. We live in Louisiana with a lot of rain and cloud cover, and the charge still doesn’t suffer. It keeps up through all of it. Mounting and hooking it up was easy enough that I didn’t need to swear once. No issues so far. As long as you keep the panel exposed to daylight, this thing keeps your camera alive. No dead batteries, no constantly checking charge levels, no alarms at 2 a.m. If you want your security setup to stay alive through seasonal chaos and forget you even need to plug it in again, this solar charger’s a clean win.

Excellent Solar for Nest and return of investment
I’ve been using the Premium Solar Panel for my Google Nest Camera for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. This panel charges my Nest cam seamlessly, day and night, and I’ve never had to worry about power interruptions — not even once! What really stands out is the reliability over time. It’s built to last for years and years, and you can tell from the moment you open the box that it’s made with quality materials. Through rain, sun, and even cloudy days, the panel keeps working without fail. Also, a big shout-out to the customer service team — they’re incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure your setup is smooth and trouble-free. If you're looking for a worry-free power solution for your Nest camera, this solar panel is hands down the best investment you can make!

Love them!! Long Lasting no issues!
Had these for almost a year and they are still going!! Very durable, Charges great, was compatible with my cameras, and had plenty of cable length for reaching my camera locations! Highly recommend if you have Google nest cameras that are wireless.

Save your money…Do not work as battery or back up!
Installed and mounted 3 cameras and solar to the roof of my home in direct sunlight free of obstructions. The installs were easy. I’m a 51 yr old female and it took less than 10 minutes with a ladder and drill. Cameras were fully charged prior to install. The battery power on every camera ran completely down. The solar panels have not recharged the batteries ever! Buyer beware - there is a 30 day return. The battery takes longer than 30 days to run down. I purposely let them run completely down to see if maybe they would recharge. Nothing! My suggestion: Save your money and install the cameras where you can easily access them and recharge or use wired. The solar panels are not reliable as a “battery” for use or backup.

Real nice!
I have a lot of nest cameras, and I get sick of pulling a ladder out in order to charge them for hours before putting them back up. Constantly, in the last couple of years, I have been buying solar panels like these, but not these, in order to retire my ladder. have any three or four different brands of these I can do some comparisons. I won’t mention the brand names and they don’t matter because I think they all come from China and get whatever brand name they feel like that day. These in particular are very durable feeling. They have a nice thick covering that I think would survive a hail storm. Living in Texas, that is a factor. Also, the base is really nice and the rotating joint that allows you to orient. The solar panel is very sturdy and easy to adjust. also, from experience, the connector to your camera is an important part. I noted that the pins on this one stick out quite a bit. When you leave your camera out for months and months on end, sometimes the connectors will stop working. That’s a bad deal because the chords and connectors for these cameras are expensive. The connectors on this solar set up look to be extra long and will probably work a long time. I recommend a buy!

Good but needs Improvements!
First day install! (6-11-2023) The solar panels worked flawlessly off the box. That's for sure! However, I noticed quickly while installing some big flaws. SCREWS: The screws that come with the panels are extremely cheap. They look and feel like plastic screws covered in chrome spray paint. I don't think they are meant for the outside elements. They will break if you put them on tight. They did on me and I used an electric screwdriver, not a drill. Solution: I mixed them with different screws. Replace them all if you have enough screws around. CHARGING PLUG SEAL: When you plug the panels on your camera, the plug exposes the inner workings of the camera to the elements. Water could ruin your cameras and they are not cheap. Solution: I used plumbers tape (see picture). Cover all the up to half of the metal plug so you can get a tight seal when you plug them in. Be generous with the tape to form a tight seal. Don't worry, the plug won't come off. The plug has tiny hooks. THE CHARGING PLUG IS TOO LONG: On a eufy setup, the charging plug that plugs into the camera is too long (see pictures). They should've used a sideways charging plug instead. It uses less space. This is a GREAT INCONVENIENCE. Solution: Reinstall your cameras on a different angle. TOO MUCH CABLE: It would be nice if it came with only a foot attached to the panel and the extension was included but optional just in case you need it. Too much cable looks unattractive and unprofessional. It's hard to hide. Solution: You can wrap it around the base of the panels (neatly) or hide it inside the soffit. Now, here my personal opinion. They each panel charges about 1% an hour in the shade and about 2% percent in direct sunlight. It all depends. This is GOOD! My eufy cameras use only about 1%-2% of energy a day, if that, in low consumption mode. You want a slow charge simply because it's constantly charging. This beats up the battery when the battery is already at 100%. It really beats it up. So, pay attention to your specific energy needs on each of your cameras. If you're always at 100%, adjust you camera settings to the most enegy consumption. Turn on LEDs when it detects motion. Use longer recording periods and better quality. Make the camera extra sensitive. This way its always charging. Keep the charge at 50%-60% at night so it can charge during the day time. If the camera is using too much energy due to the high traffic area, go to settings, use shorter recording periods. Make the camera less sensitive and turn off LED when it detects motion. Now the panels are not too big, and I it adds much needed visibility to the cameras. They are about the size of a regular adult male. I'm 5'10. (see pictures). Wow, reviews are surely time consuming. However, I hope my review helped. Please give me a thumbs up if my review helped you friend. Thanks! I WILL DO AN UPDATE AFTER A MONTH OR TWO. UPDATE: Still working FLAWLESSLY. No issues. No problems. My cameras are always at 100% charge. (4/3/2004)

Very functional and easy install

After two days of installation the small Eufy cameras are almost drained completely. Sadly, I have to indicate that these are well below my expectations. I will be looking into returning these if I can, and purchasing a better option.

We only just put these up and none of them charge at all

En México, donde las instale en invierno tienen menos de 10 horas de sol al día y solo bastó dos días para que la carga llegue al 100%, el resto de días las cámaras normalmente bajan 1-2% durante la noche y vuelven al 100% al día siguiente. No tengo quejas, funcionan perfecto.
