I got this cable because the Mac Mini M2 only has HDMI 2.0 which is very disappointing.After hooking up this cable to the M2's thunderbolt port and plugging into the displayport,I'm now getting full resolutions at 144Hz, it's a huge upgrade being limited to 60hz on hdmi.The picture is 100% sharp and clean, no dot pitch, no fluctuations, and the cable feels very well made.I'd definitely recommend this cable, no worries!

Highly recommend! Using daily for 1 month on my g14. I don't use the laptop stand alone so it's always connected. No concerns thus far.

The cable seemed good quality but it only worked for 11 hours. After that, there is no video.I tried on different monitors and PCs but no PC detects it.EDIT:Maxonar reached out to me to resolve the issue. I shared information about the hardware used. They were concerned to identify the issue and theirs responses were quick. I hope that Maxonar technical team can continue improving the compatibility of this product because the quality of the materials seems great.Unfortunately the cable couldn't work but they gave me another alternative.I have no complaints about customer service.

I've been struggling with inconsistent frames and performance issues from my laptop when I bought a high-end gaming monitor with 240-280 Hz, 2k resolution.Since the monitor came only with an HDMI cable and dp to dp, out of necessity I had to use the HDMI cable and cap my framerate at lower 120hz and I couldn't even setup g-sync due to the cable being connected basically to the iGPU.ISSUE SOLVED thanks to this amazing cable.It perfectly supports high refresh rates at 2k resolution.Due to it being connected through type c, it takes now direct power from the dedicated GPU and you can easily adjust the frames/video synchronization with what capabilities your monitor has: G-Sync or FreeSync.Ho more screen tear and inconsistent frame rates.Was pleased to find out that the cable is very nicely protected from external factors with a high quality braid.Highly recommend it.

I've used it with my LG UltraGear Monitor and now I can get 144Hz at 2K finally (144 is my laptops limit not the cable)! My previous cable only supported 72 Hz at this resolution! Worked like a charm.
