Replacements for our filter system. They worked just as they should.

They are pretty easy to change once you put the holes together/ inside the filter. I think it took me around 10 minutes to do it but for some people, it will take about three minutes because I couldn’t get the holes together right with the filter at first until I got the hang of it.

It's a good product

I bought the SimPure T1 Series 1-Year Replacement Filter Pack for my T1-400UV tankless RO system, and it worked exactly as it should. The filters fit perfectly and installation was super easy. It’s a simple twist-and-lock setup and only took a few minutes to replace everything. The system recognized the new filters right away with no errors. Once installed, the water tasted noticeably better—clean, clear, and no strange smell or aftertaste. The water flow also stayed consistent, which was important for me. The filters were well packaged and clearly labeled, so there was no confusion during installation. They feel solid and comparable to the original filters that came with the unit. I like that this is a full 1-year replacement set, so I didn’t have to figure out which filters to buy separately. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s worth it for compatibility and peace of mind. Cons: Only works with the SimPure T1-400UV, so double-check your model Instructions could be a bit clearer, though installation is still straightforward Overall, this is a solid replacement filter pack if you own the T1-400UV. It restored water quality and keeps the system running smoothly. I’d definitely recommend it.

This filter was the perfect replacement for my Simpure reverse osmosis system. I noticed a HUGE difference after replacement in water pressure and quality. I could tell I was due for a full filter line replacement when my system started sounding a bit louder and angry when it would be filtering the water. I looked up multiple instructions and videos on how to properly change out the filters. All the information I found mentioned just unplugging the system and opening/running the tap out before undoing the filters. No where did it mention turning the water off which you HAVE to do to replace this PP filter as it is the first one that connects directly to the water input line. The other filters probably can be changed as long as the system is unplugged as the water will not be pumping through. I ended up with water all over my floor because I had not found this information.

Quick, efficient way to filter water

Originally installed T1-400UV system Dec 2023 and couldn't be happier with the taste and convenience. Using daily for entire family including pets for drinking and ice. No more lugging 5 gallon jugs back and forth to water store for refills. Recently ordered 4 pack replacement filters and installed the 3 recommended after 6 months. There was a funny metallic taste so replaced the 1 yr RO filter as well. Still bad taste so called customer service and they sent the 2 filters that are for taste (RO and T33). This fixed the problem and now back to great tasting water! 5 stars for the system and 5 stars to great customer service!

Worked fine for a year until it was time to replace the filters. So many issues from leaks to unpleasant taste of water. We contacted Customer Services on several occasions and they are taking their time replacing the defective filters. It has been over a month. Just frustrating!

Fit perfect. The alk filter definitely helped with our well water.
