Easy to replace and keeps water tasting great! First filter that came with the system lasted a year. Be warned, the filter is heavier than expected. Order arrived in timeframe that was promised. Price throng Amazon was comparable to ordering from vendor.

Change out annually. Look for sales. Easy replacement. Recycle old unit

Kind of pricey, but very easy to swap unlike old school RO systems.

Waterdrop filters are the best. We have had really good results water tastes great. What’s even better is their customer service. Although they are not all the same but we have had really good exp. We had a rep named Doreen and she was so helpful. I had some issues with my KJ600 she was so helpful quick to assist and made sure we had a good solution. Great company!

Product works great but amazon needs to check for false returns. We received an old one and when installed, notice the low TDS rating and odd taste. Got a replacement from Amazon and the replacement came sealed in plastic. The first one didn't. Please check if the new one comes sealed in plastic, if it didn't, you got a used product.
