Just what I needed for Marr sheets

Disappointing. I wanted it to make multiple holes in the top of A4. The product information did not say you had to order extra hole-punches separately, so there was a delay and extra expense while I ordered three extra hle punches. Then I discovered that even with only one sheet (and it claims 'high capacity 20 sheets) three of the six holes were not punched cleanly, but the paper was left in the hole and had to be eased out. Not very helpful.

please can someone contact me in order to return this product as it is unsuitable for A1 paper hole punching due to the sides causing restrictions

Love this hole punch. My old one is over 20 years old and was sticking and not creating a clean hole. The new one works like a champ! There are NO directions on or in the box on how to unlock the lock so that you can use it. Other people have mentioned this too. I tried You Tube videos, but they didn't explain it well enough so I looked for written directions on the web. The following is a direct copy of what I found that worked in a second plus a few extra helpful words! The key is: You have to press down on the handle/punch arm with one hand while sliding the locking device, at the base of the handle/punch arm, to the unlocked position. That is all it took to work well! To unlock a Swingline hole punch, you need to: Place the punch on a firm surface. Hold down the punch arm and move the gray piece, at the base of the punch arm, to the left. It will unlock. You must have the arm held down to lock or unlock.

This is a great machine.... It lines up the paper easily, has a strong handle. If I could improve anything, I would add a stronger latch for the page size adjuster... I currently only use it as a 11" puncher, so I just tape it to this one so it doesn't slide.

Quite heavy, the holes are not perfect width apart to match any folders the springs are full of grease which spoiled the papers the punch blades are so low that it cannot fit more than 2 papers forget about 30 or 40..
