Jabra UC VOICE 750 MS Mono Dark Headset

Great little headset for the money. Not a fan of saucepans on my ears so this was ideal, not intrusive and very light.

one of the best headsets for VOIP - I have used many headsets over the years, most of them being multi-function and it was a revelation in clarity and sound to move to a set that was purpose made. For those worried about the cable, I had tried bluetooth versions, but don't - they do not give the range and bluetooth drops in and out too much - the cable is long enough to go for a short walk around the desk when listening to an endless call....

I have been using this for nearly a year now, so this review is based on a decent period of time. The headset is fairly well made and rather comfortable even when used for 6-10h per day. Sound quality is ok, but it's not outstanding and often callers complaint that my voice is quiet despite the fact that I speak loudly and directly to the microphone, so if you want crystal clear sound this will not deliver it. Worst of all is the connecting cable which is too stiff and constantly get tangled. Initially this was not a problem, but after several weeks this has resulted in cracking noise, disconnections half way through a conversation, remote buttons working as and when they are pleased. Because of this, the device is not suitable for even semi-professional use and if you are thinking about using this for years then simply forget about it. Jabra support and sales team are, well, nicely put not up for the task and don't expect much help from them. In simple words, avoid this product, waste of money.

Really good bit of kit. Great for work, high quality, great sound, and really good noise reduction for the listener (which was important to me).

I bought this to use with dragon 12 as my old plantronics headset wouldn't pass the quality test. As stated, it is plug and play, no fuss and no problems. I've used it in a noisy open plan office with far higher than expected accuracy and in relative comfort. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is black not grey but I was very happy with that. For the price it is excellent quality and a vast improvement on the ' officially supported' headset my employer provided.

Excellent, i had a logitec headset before. This is much better. I love the mono headset and it works great.

These headphones work perfectly with Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13. I find them lightweight and comfortable. The thing I really like about them is that the overhead band construction is metal rather than plastic which means you can slightly make them a bit bigger if they are gripping your head too . I never get a headache with this headset and highly recommend them for use with voice-activated software.

Product has been great as it delivered quality voice and very good audio and worked as expected for MS Lync / Skype. Long term observation: As I've had this now for 3 years 3 months with everyday work, it should be noted that the ear piece cushion has essentially detached from the audio frame. With everything else still working fine, this was a disappointing quality issue so I gave it 4 of 5.

Ich hab Emir das Headset gekauft weil ich persönlich mono-Systeme bevorzuge und ein kabelgebundenes System haben wollte. Die Sprachqualität des Systems ist vollkommen in Ordnung, ebenso ist die Länge der Anschlussleitung mehr als ausreichend. Bedienung von Lync über das Headset funktioniert ebenfalls wie gewünscht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass man das Heasdset sowohl für das Mikro als auch für die Ohrmuschel recht laut einstellen muss. Hier punktet überzeugt mein Plantronics mich mehr. Pluspunkt für das Jabra ist aber seine mitgelieferte Tasche die einen ordentlichen Transport erlaubt. Von meiner Seite 4 Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung

This headset works very well with Dragon Naturally Speaking, Premium, ver. 13. It leaves one ear uncovered to hear room sounds like the phone or doorbell, while the microphone does a fine job with clarity and focus on just one's voice, not external noises. I have been using it for two years. My current setup is a laptop with Windows 10 as well as an external Bose speaker for watching videos. When I plug the Jabra into a USB port, the audio input/output automatically switches over to the Jabra and later switches back when I unplug it.

Didn't come with phone over the microphone. The ear cushion is barely hanging on and there aren't any replacement cushions available. Will have to glue it on and eventually throw it away. Everything else works great.
