Check this before u return
Hi I received my scooter yesterday initially I thought it was broke as the lights came on but when u pressed go it did nothing! So was obviously gutted for my son but then realised you have to manually push it while your on it then press the rev button..so please try this before you return I can see on the reviews its the same as me it's a Christmas present so yes pls try this hope it helps

Great scooter for older kids - my brother doesn’t stop using it
Bought this for my little brother who’s 12 and he absolutely loves it. The adjustable handlebar height is ideal as he’s still growing, and he says the ride feels smooth and quick. Really happy with the purchase

New out of the box, and does not work. Very disappointed.
Battery is fully charged, lights are on, scooter will not move. No trouble shooting guide, apparently I bought a junk.

Awful experience
For the price I paid I was very disappointed to find the scooter doesn’t work and now I have to return and wait on a refund it’s a shame this scooter was supposed to be my sons main Christmas presents can’t believe this seller is allowed to sell faulty items for such high price!!!
