I bought this for my daughter who has very frequent cold sores so when I received it, I plugged it in to charge all night and this morning when I got up I went over to try it out and it wouldn’t even go on. I usually.ALWAYS read the reviews and of course this time I only saw the ads and thought it would be good for her. I am going to call the company and talk to them and tell them what I think of their product. I think it would be a good idea if Amazon took them off of their display. Occasionally you encounter a problem with a purchase, what happens next makes or breaks the event. This time I received the product and found it defective. After contacting the seller he immediately addressed the issue and sent another unit. This was a true five star deal. The new unit works fine right out of the box, and only time will tell if it is does what it is supposed to, fingers crossed. If anyone is interested in this product please use this vendor.

It does not work , only with the cord it works ,no battery inside or it is bad
