So good that my son who usually buys another brand keeps stealing mine every time I get it! Easy to dry scoop and a great value for the money. There is no taste. It mixes very easily, but I choose to dry scoop mine because it doesn’t have a taste.

1week in : So far the best one I have had. Makes me feel more energized and doesn’t bother my sleep. My only thing is that it is gritty. I mix it into my overnight oats and i can feel the texture, like sand. It bothered me at first but I will keep trying to see what happens.3 weeks in (i take this daily) and I’ve gotten kinda used to the texture so it doesn’t bother me as much, but my muscles are visibly more defined than they were a couple weeks ago which is kinda trippy coz I don’t feel “puffy” like with other creatines i’ve tried. I hope the gritty texture is just this one batch coz I might keep this in rotation from now on. Finally a creatine I can comfortably and confidentally recommend.

Easy to take. Pills are a bit big but go down easy. I had zero issues, but I suppose if you've got a thing about large pills it could be an issue. Much more convenient than powders IMHO.

Part of my daily supplement routine. Easy to mix with other things, seems to be high quality. Can’t taste anything and blends quickly.

Best creatine I’ve tried. I chose this one first because it’s 3rd party tested. Then I picked up an Optimum Nutrition one at Costco. I suffered through the grittiness at the bottom of my blender bottle every day until it was gone. Back to this brand and I’ll never stray again. Highly recommend.

This is my son’s first creatine product, it has absolutely no flavor! Sometimes unflavored products have a weird taste or smell, but not this one. The quality is great, he definitely feels the difference one days he forgets to drink it. We haven’t noticed any skin changes with the product or health benefits outside of not getting as tired through workouts.

I think it works very well because I've been using for awhile now and I am still getting great workouts in my 70's.
