I have a pair of new ballance shoes and replaced the insoles with these. Immediately noticed the difference. These are thicker and feel more comfortable than stock. I have a size 16 shoe and ordered the insoles that go up to a size 17, but they fit in my show without any cutting, so for the larger sizes you might want to go for the bigger option.

These were such a great deal and were the perfect addition to my older Fresh Foam shoes. I needed more support for my lunch time walks and these trimmed to size easily and slid right in the shoes. Right amount firmness and cushion, no more tingling toes or pain on the balls of my feet. It was like putting on brand new shoes but even more comfortable than before.

I’ve been using new balance insoles in my shoes for over 20 years. My feet are more comfortable and cushioned while being supported. I put them inside a pair of Hoka’s and the comfort level went up. The insoles are flexible enough that feet move with ease but support.

Terribly uncomfortable. These just did not work for my feet and it took well past any return window to verify that. They are not soft or cushiony in any of the areas my feet appreciate. They are also thick and heavy for what they are. Bad New Balance.

Very nice sole inserts. They should be for the price, even here on amazon. My wife uses these in her Keen Presidio shoes, and she says they are so much better than the original insoles that come with the shoes. They are slightly padded, more so in the heel. The back portion of this insole (from the heel to the middle of the foot, which includes the arch) is made of a firm plastic with the usual padding on top, and as a result, provides decent arch support (not a lot not too little). If you want more arch support opt for their more supportive arch models. I should also note that these did not add any noticeable height to the inside of the Presidio shoes (thus making my foot sit higher in the shoe itself). In summary, these are expensive sole inserts, however, they are definitely superior to any original inserts that come with new shoes, and especially any other after market ones.
