I've bought too many lames in my effort to get the perfect sourdough scores and this is my favorite. The razor extends long enough for deep cuts and the it is easy to hold securely. I didn't think I'd value the ability to attach it to my fridge, but find I quite like the magnet!

Safe and easy to use

It’s a little difficult to slide the blade in and out as it tends to get stuck. Once you have the blade out, it gets the job done and scored my sourdough bread smoothly. I do like that it’s small and compact so it can fit in any drawer.

This tool has made my sourdough journey easy! It fits perfectly in my hand, grip is comfy, it’s sharp, easy to clean. Worth the price!

I use everyday

I am not thrilled with this product too much. It is very light weight which is not an issue and the blade was sharp, but it did not do it for me. It was too small to score my bread well. Also, It had fallen off of the refrigerator and fell apart, and it was not easy for me to put back together. It is just not for me.

Wishing I’d ordered this when I first started my sourdough journey a few months ago—this is the BEST! First tried a model with a long wooden handle—the blade was attached at an angle and seemed to tear the loaf instead of scoring it—this does what it says and does it well! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
