Reliable lock
This lovk is not only a great value but its very reliable and easy to use, to add users and to set up with different combinations. So far outdoor use it has worked well in extreme cold and rain.

Code feature does not work
The lock intermittently will not open with the code. It will with my phone. I contacted customer support and they are ignoring me.

This lock is strong and easy to use. The set up was easy and the phone app has worked perfectly. Too bad that the watch app is not available to single users.

Awesome lock works as advertised but doesn’t fit in the standard 36” x 12” gym locker or any similar designs

Locks work well for organizations with multiple users
We use the locks for access to our fields and equipment sheds, and they are easy to use and add/change users. the only issue we have is that the mechanisms sometimes have to be opened multiple times before they unlock. Its not a problem, just annoying.

Great lock for a great price!
This lock is convienient because you can unlock it with your phone so you don’t have to mess with inputting codes.

Do not recommend for outside- uncovered use
It's handy when it works. I bought this in December. It is not water tight so it doesn't work after rain storms- mind you, I live in southern California. I dried it out and lubricated it multiples times and it would work for awhile, until the next rain storm. After the last rain, it would not light up. I opened up the battery compartment and it was corroded and wet. It could possibly be fine if it is covered, but definitely not the case out in the weather.
