I love this thing. It's light enough to carry in your gym bag without weighing you down. At the same time, it's very soft feeling, thick, and strong. This is the one to get! I got the green color one and It looks awesome.

Excellent triceps "rope." Also allows much greater range of motion for face pulls than a rope. Well made, looks and feels pro.

Was a little skeptical as I have always used the traditional rope. This is far superior than the rope and in so many ways. Very comfortable, length is great and several grip options to choose from. This was a great addition to my home gym

It works fine for my needs, it gives me a little more range of motion and flexibility than what is offered at my gym.

This provides the option to have different hand positions for tricep extensions on a cable station. This can also be used for various other exercises. Material seems to be made of quality material.

I don't know if it was just the pair that I recieved, but the stitching on the strap was already coming off when the package arrived. Major quality control issue for something that's going to need to support heavy weights.Unfortunate because stitching aside the product would have been great. The band is thicker and slightly cushioned, feels great and sturdy in hand. I also like how there are three slots on the band for a lot of adjustability.
