The screen came defective and I am yet to receive a refund or replacement screen. It was delivered or April 8, Today is April 22. Do not waste your time and money to buy it.

TL;DR: Screen=5 stars; be careful of scratching the magnetic pad behind the screen, you may need to order extra screws and double sided tape.No major problems installing the new screen or components on the new screen. The screen colors look good, although for the first few hours a visible line was present in the center. Thankfully, it hasn't reappeared. So I'm giving the screen a 5 star rating.However, I am having an issue with the magnetic mapping pad from a centimeter down of the viewable screen. While disassembling from the original screen, I scratched the magnetic pad and have ordered a replacement to remedy this issue.Advice: Remember this is just a screen, so be careful not to strip or lose the screws. Also, order double sided tape to properly seal the screen to the case. If you don't you will risk leaving your phone open to the elements. If the home button doesn't seat correctly, you can use double sided tape to hold it in place.

UPDATE - Customer Support was great and sent a new screen & also offered a refund well past the return date. Thank you.Replacement was straight forward as I have done previous screen replacements. First the screen colors were very different from the apple screen so be aware. The next was weird little glitches like the screen freezing and then the i dropped the phone on a carpet and the screen went black. The glitches didn't start happening until 45 days so the return window closed.

Worked amazing.I can't tell the difference from original and replacement screen what so ever. I was unsure if I would purchase because of all the negative reviews - but I needed a replacement. It cost $250 if I were to have the screen replaced in store. If you purchase initial phone insurance it is a $250 deductible.. so it is a lose/lose - you pay either way.I agree with the other reviewers the negative reviews are mainly due to installation/human error. It is a costly item to mess up if you don't install it correctly. A friend installed this and had repaired phone screens many times for others, so I can't comment on the tools it came with, only the finished product. I would highly recommend the product to anyone. If you don't know how to repair yourself have someone else who is familiar do it for you because the end product you cannot tell a difference!

Installation was smooth, all tools were included. Instructions not included. The touch screen works well, and all the screen components seem to be high enough quality.The display quality of photos is very poor, the phone has almost no ability to show detail in the shadows, so everything on the darker end of the display ends up being a dark indistinguishable mush. It might not seem like a big deal, but compared to the original display it’s really bad and I can barely see detail in dark areas.

Easy to install and works perfectly. Comes with all the tools needed. Much cheaper than paying Apple to do it.
