Only negative is the treble hook is cheap. Had to put a good quality one on it.

This lure worked great. Caught a bunch of pike and small mouth on it.

Love this lure in an 1/8 ounce size! Bass, trout, panfish, you name it! They love it! BUT I've bought this in other sizes and they won't bite it. Don't ask why but they won't. Same goes for the rainbow trout pattern, only the 1/4 ounce works but no other size. Sounds stupid I know but those two in those exact sizes literally caught me hundreds of fish.

It is a small weighted spoon and I have used them for 50+ years. when all else fails, Little Cleo's work. I have used them to cast and retrieve, or as jigs (worked vertically), or even tipped with pork rind (in the old days). I have never used them in salt water, but I am certain they would work. I have caught trout, bluegills, bass, walleye, and pike (just about anything that swims in freshwater). They are a little too small for a musky. Just buy they in a variety of sizes. Really nice on a windy day!
