My entire front yard had been eaten up by moles. I put these in, only 5 of them for a few months and the area had time to heal itself and the grass is growing again. It does have quite a distinctive sound, but after a while you get used to it. I even had someone come on my property, they thought it was a security screen to keep people away from the property, lol. The only downfall is birds didn't like it much to begin with so it was a few months before they came back to enjoy the yard. But I don't have to worry about moles, snakes or squirrels in my yard, they are all gone! Great buy, and a very mindful way to ensure you're not poisoning the environment.

Barely any effect to any pests or snakes.The snakes in my yard are not bothered and are wandering at will. Mice/vole issues remain as usual. Not sure why you sell such crap or snakes. This product worked very well in the first 6 months but the low-quality solar panels have fogged up during the 2nd season.

Man these are the best. Took care of the mole problem. Value for the dollar, easy to set up. I was able to take them out and reinstall. No more moles. Very effective trap.

We've used these for about a year. They're installed on the north side of our house with minimal if any direct sun, but they still work. We see less evidence of critters, but did have some juniper die recently. Our landscaper thinks it was voles. So they're not perfect, but they are inexpensive and easy to use, so why not give them a try?

I bought this product to drive away moles in my yard. At first I thought the stakes were working. But then I noticed new tunnels (as evidenced in the one picture) near some of the stakes. Add to that two of the stakes have failed (stopped buzzing) since I started using them. I would return them if it weren't for the fact that the Amazon return window closed. I have tried poison pellets I ordered off Amazon (didn't work), called Ortho (didn't show up), so I figured I would give these ultrasonic stakes a try. Well, add them to the list of things that don't work against these creatures!

work perfect, I really recommend it. At first I thought it was not going to work because one was out of the hole the next morning. I guess the mole took it out . We put it back again and the next day it happened again but at the 3rd day it was in place. So I’m guessing the mole’s moved out and I haven’t seen any signs of them anymore.
