Great my granddaughter loves ot her being at college is a game changer totally recommend

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for my elderly mother for Xmas. Came in a nice well packaged cardboard box with a triangular Quality Control Pass card. Charged up on the USB cable until 100% full. Then it just cycles through "Welcome" for 7 sec and a blank screen for 3 sec and back again. Tried the touch screen but nothing happens. Tried talking to it in case it was voice activated, but nothing. Tried holding the power button down for 3 sec or longer, but it does not break out of the "Welcome" display cycle. Tried pressing all 3 buttons simultaneously or in other permutations, for 3 sec or longer but this does not help. Tried the WPS button on the router and seeing if I could find it as a blue tooth device from my phone or laptop, but nothing! Tried it with a TF card inserted, in case that was the problem, but no luck. I am exceeding disappointed and as its so close to Xmas there is no time to get a replacement. Anybody got any ideas or advice in case it can be salvaged before I send it back to Amazon?Update from a few hours later. After many many minutes of the un-"Welcome" cycle, the screen eventually went blank and I was able to press the power button again and up popped the touch screen. Got it onto the local wifi, and had it read some text. then it jumped back into the "Welcome" cycle and refused to get out. I wonder if there is some dodgie battery or touch screen issue? Not sure its robust enough to give to my elderly mother as an xmas present or whether she can use it with such issues.

Bought for my Mother who is 90 and she uses it on a daily basis.She is very happy that she can scan and see the tiny writing on packaging.I will buy another one for her as a backup and one for myself.

Excellent product, my son absolutely loves and uses this pen. It has improved his confidence with reading.I wish I'd come across this product years ago. Would absolutely recommend it it has helped him with his delexia.

I returned due to only having American English. No good for intended purpose.

Great product. I am severely sight impaired and it reads small writing. Cheaper than an orcam and just as good.

not easy to use, reads very slow after scanned data and can only do a couple of lines at a time. most laptops/ tablets/phones already do what this does so was a pointless expense.
