It worked great for 2 days, then the conveyer stopped turning. The motor is working, but motor shaft to conveyer shaft transition piece has broken (see picture). I am hoping that you will send me a few replacement pieces to fix this problem.UPDATE: I have received the needed repair part and the sealer is working fine now. They included a couple extra pieces, as well as some replacement bands.

Great entry level sealer. Worked great out of the box, very easy to make adjustments depending on the type of bags you are sealing. It doesn’t say it in the manual but it’s helpful to know what temperatures your bags should be sealed at to prevent bags melting to the sealing belt.

Excelente sealer and easy to use

For some reason the thinner poly bags didn't seal well. Those bags didn't seal well with other devices either. Only impulse sealers worked. The thicker nylon looking bags do real well and that is what we use now and I'm really happy. The back has removeable panel for gaining access to the moving parts and motor. That panel isn't a tight fit and when the machine runs makes a loud noise. I inserted some cardboard in the gaps and that lessened the noise. I also greased the gears. You can set the speed for the belt. Too fast and the seals will have kinks. After switching to the thicker bags, this is the only machine I use. Very happy with it. It is a little noisy though.
