Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB, Silver for Verizon (Renewed)

This phone works great! I am so grateful I would just like to say to the seller. I really appreciate all your hard work and effort as you diligently refurbished these phones. I have bought two already that did not work or had some type of defect or two and come to find out they were not doing a good job at all refurbishing them. I’m a special-needs mother and I don’t have a typical life. I don’t have any spare time to be going through all the nonsense on top of taking care of my two disabled children, so to have a sudden life event such as a needing another cell phone or an upgrade in a cell phone that has better performance and for all to actually go well I can’t tell you how much joy it brought me and how relaxed and happy I was this past weekend. With my sitting of bad luck I was so nervous if you would sell me a GOOD and decent phone. YOU DID! And now as a seller and Phone refurbisher I know I can trust you. I decided actually to switch my family to to iPhone as well so next week I’ll be purchasing another phone and 2 weeks following another one (my finances currently don’t allow me to purchase 2 phones at the same time lol so I will spread them out ) anyway this review is getting too long. great phone .works fine and is in really great shape just as described by seller i love the purple hugh it has ,also good storage and battery life ,no screen scratches just like new it came fully unlocked looks good feels good fit to hold in hand ,i had no problems activating took 5 minutes

It is a very good phone. It met most of expectations. It had only two problems. First of all, it had micro scratches on the screen and the bezels which I feel should not be on an excellent condition smartphone. And lastly, it had a battery health of 85% which I was not expecting. Anyways, "I’m really pleased with my new iPhone; it's proven to be great value for money considering all the features and flaws it offers.". Overall this is a very great product and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Although it says "Refurbished, I do not see any glitches with this phone. Battery is so powerful and the looks and performs like brand new.

The 2 phones I ordered were rated good condition but I believe they should have been rated acceptable. They both had chipping on the bezels, one had a scratch on the screen glass and one had a chip on the camera bump. These defects were all visible at more than 2 feet away. But the battery life’s were 89% on both phones and they worked perfectly after transfer from our two 12 Pro Max phones. So overall I’m satisfied but wish they were correctly rated.

Overview: I bought the IPhone 14 Pro Max as my first IPhone coming from Android because I wanted to try it out, and it works well! I brought it to my carrier to transfer phones numbers, had some trouble setting it up at first but I figured it out on my own, which can be disheartening to some but here’s the pros and cons. Pros: -Cosmetically great | Saw no huge scratches or marks on the phone, if so, they’re probably REALLY minor. -Pre-installed screen protector | The seller I bought it from was called “GSMFORALL” it was nice of them to do it for me instead of doing myself, which I wouldn’t have minded but it was awesome of them to include that in! -Safe Packaging | phone came in bubble rap sleeve when I opened it, can be considered standard but I liked that they included it. Battery Life | Battery works just fine, charges up to 100% easily. Cons: -Cheap charging chord | Cheap lightning charger, the box it fine but the charger head was loose 3rd day into using it, I would recommend getting an actual apple branded lighting chord or a braided one from a third party seller. -Trouble registering for iCloud Account | This only really applies if you’re a first time Apple user (Like Me) and needs to create an iCloud account, took it to my carrier to transfer numbers which they did just fine, but I had to call Apple support at home to troubleshoot the problem with a message displaying that I could not verify my phone number, had to erase my safari history. The process can be troublesome for people who may not know what to do if they come across it. Overall, owning an iPhone for the first time has been a great experience, I was debating on getting the S24 Ultra from Samsung because I’ve already owned one. But I can say I’m happy owning an iPhone! :)

I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel like I had to. I received this phone a couple of days ago and it is in immaculate condition. I bought it from the seller Stone Digital and I can’t say enough about them! Last week I ordered a different phone from another seller that was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. Firstly, it showed up in an envelope, not in a box. Inside it was only shipped in a bubble wrap envelope that was extremely thin. No clue if it was broken from shipping or not because I never turned it on. The thing had scratches alllllllll over it. It was complete garbage, so I returned it. Stone Digital sent this phone in an actual shipping box. The box the phone was in was wrapped in thick bubble wrap. The phone was in a box that resembled the original iPhone box. The phone came with a charger, phone case, and even a glass screen protector. This was a pleasant surprise! The phone looks completely brand new. There isn’t one scratch on the phone and the battery health is still at 90%!!! The best part…. It was about $50 cheaper for the same phone from other sellers on here and $100 cheaper than Verizon. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a reconditioned phone try to find one sold by Stone Digital. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I am happy to get the phone from you. The phone is very nice to look at. But I am facing a problem, the phone is taking more than four hours to charge. Please let me know what I can do. I am very worried about this issue.

Was very hesitant buying refurb iPhone, happily tho everything worked out just fine. iPhone 14PM had 95% of battery life (really good) and ZERO scratches or dings anywhere, came with screen protector applied (didnt expect that) and all cameras perfect all functions (speakers mics, wifi, bluetooth, faceid) work as they should. Phone was already reset and ready to activate, which it did without issues. I hated the new colours on the 15 series and dont really care for USB C or anything like that as I have years of investments in lightning cables that work just fine. iPhone was shipped quickly and wrapped in bubble wrap in a box. Will keep this seller in mind for future purchases due to the great experience.

Phone was purchased in excellent condition, however did not arrive that way. Corners were all damaged. There is also NO slot for a sim card. This phone is larger than a regular iPhone 14 promax and is likely from another country other than Canada. I will be returning the phone as I have no use for it. Please add more details to your descriptions as they are very inaccurate.

It arrived in good condition with 97% battery and I have absolutely no complaints. It's very reliable and I recommend it 100%

Had the phone for a few days now. first impressions there was a few dings but overall it’s in great condition. 85% battery health which is low for it to be in excellent condition. I checked the serial number on apple and it’s legit. It would be 5 stars if there wasn’t as many scratches/dings and if the battery health was higher. I would still recommend, for the price not bad at all. Just don’t expect a brand new phone (obviously) it’s refurbished so it can’t be perfect.
