I eat a big meal like big black beans and big steak and ONLY after I have eaten something heavy! Theeeen.Then I take one 1 these Zinc pills. This zinc pill in my opinion is nice because in my experience it doesnt casue me to get nausy as much. This pill with BIG food is passable and you will be just fine (:

I am an avid hiker, so I do take supplements to help replace vitamins & minerals lost when I am on the trail (I tend to eat quick and easy which doesn't always mean healthy). This is the first Zinc supplement that I have ever taken and after a lot of research chose this brand due to it being RAW and organic. I love that it boosts the immune system since I am outside a lot and we are in the middle of flu season. However, the biggest benefit I have noticed is an increase in energy.

Purchased for my 14yo son because he was starting to have some lightweight break outs — I had read numerous articles that said zinc helped balance hormones for teens, in multiple studies (supposedly) people with severe acne (which he did not have) the people had lower zinc levels.And, so he’s taking the zinc and his chin is clearing up - don’t know if it was the zinc or not but hey......This brand is all organic and seems good based on ingredient list.

But you should always contact your Dr. but the taste is like turtle food (don’t ask how I know, let’s just say “middle school”). It’s a big pill for those used to small pills but I think it’s working. I mean, you don’t feel any different immediately but I’m not dead so I guess it’s working.
