They are nice as soon as you out them on but the sensation doesn’t really last that long or maybe it’s just me. They get warm pretty fast and it come off easily when I try to put my nursing bra back on. Although it was nice to have while early postpartum

I have a 3 week old who recently had a tongue tie revision. Prior to that we had some issues with his latch, which caused a lot of discomfort for me. The lactation consultant had given me the Medela ones, but I wanted to give these cooling ones a try. This was a great choice and they have helped me so much! The cooling aspect provides much-needed soothing for sore/raw nipples. They are also very hydrating and are great for in between feedings because they help you recover a bit. They're fairly thick, so I've never had them rip or tear, and the quality seems to be pretty good. They come in one size but they fit me just fine and I don't see how they could not fit anybody else. I guess the one downside is that they are not washable or reusable. The instructions say to wear them for up to 4 hours, but I've worn them for twice that with no issues. I put them on after a feeding and put a disposible breast pad over that, in case there is any letdown. When I nurse baby, I just take them off and set them to the side until I am done. I do advise that you wash the surface of your breast before applying them or apply after a shower. This way they will adhere better and you will get more use out of them.

They are nice and cooling, but I seen reviews about people seeing a difference after one wear and that wasn’t the case for me so I was a bit disappointed. I also seen reviews saying that they don’t stay cool for as long as they claim so I put them in the fridge from the start and that worked well for me. Yes some of the gel sticks off the side of it but I never had any problems with it sticking to my clothes or to me. It all came off very smoothly off of anything.

Not as good as Lanisoh, it curls up at the edges and is so sticky it’s hard to remove and replace. Other than that, still works, just not as good a product.

Instant relief from sore nipples. Exclusively pumping mom and even with the correct flange size the nipples get sore. I tried these hesitantly not expecting any relief. I was pleasantly surprised but how quick they work and how long they last. Instant cooling and soothing. Highly recommend for breastfeeding or pumping mothers.
