Excellent Idaho Grown Teff Flour
Outstanding product! Full of the nutty flavorful goodness of Teff that I love. Perfect for making Injera bread or porridge. I made it a savory porridge with bacon and parsley; this was delicious and highly recommended. Injera bread is a must have for Ethiopian dishes. I bought a bag earlier this week and am buying another today. Ten outta ten!

Great product but I've gone back to ordering this kind of stuff in bulk. Good in combination with buck for making bread/cake (fried up) or solo in soup(I'm still new to making soup but it seems to do well with that cooking style of using lots of water).
