I liked that it has more than one type of magnesium. You can take 1-3 a day. I took one a day - as one also gets magnesium from food. Helped with sleep. It came in a flat - letterbox friendly- format. Great idea! It's produced in the UK - in Doncaster. Good price too. £9.95. Please keep it that way!

These supplements from Nutrilus are a combination of Vitamin B6 along with Magnesium Bisglycinate, Malate and Taurate providing a dose of 375mg of elemental Magnesium from 3 capsules. This gives 100% of the RDA of Magnesium, though I tend to take just one capsule a day and the get the rest of my Magnesium intake from natural food sources, so I use these supplements as a top-up. The capsules are easy to swallow and 120 are provided. The capsules themselves are high quality being UK-manufactured, vegan-friendly, non-GMO and contain no unhealthy additives, making this an excellent Magnesium supplement.

I have heart failure and have just had yet another stint in hospital where my magnesium was once again deemed to be low so these tablets are ideal for me as an alternative to the drinks the hospital use which are not that pleasant. They come in one of the flat containers that fit nicely into a drawer and are capsule type which, for me, are very easy to swallow.
