The product delivers what the manafacturer promised in a silent manner, the compressor is very smooth, the fit and finish is top notch, the opening and closing of door is very light. I have requested amazon to deliver the products in vertical condition and they did it, my previous two visicoolers (out of three ordered on Amazon)had to be returned as the delivery associates had brought them in sleeping position.
